Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching and coping, cills, hold fasts, fixing of post, water trough etc. including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item serial No 08 here-in-before but using except stone obtain from item No 7 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-Cast Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stone set in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, using 20mm thick Lime or Sand stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or ploygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for (SWR) pipes,75mm bore single socket in any length with rubber ring joint, weep hole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hand packing any thickness of broken stone or boulder at back of wall pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
