M&L for re-winding of 0.5/1.0 HP Chemical dosing motor after disconnecting motor from dosing drum, taking out brunt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of field coil with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size with necessary insulation materials and re-fixing motor on drum with new nut-bolts and necessary connection to the terminal, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) by spray painting of existing colour on pump, motor, channel frame, inlet-outlet GI/ MS pipe line of pump house after necessary cleaning and preparation of surfaces, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for surface preparation for paint of inner surface of water tank sheet after removing all foreign particals from steel surfaces by srubbing the wall with iron scrubber and apply two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of primer suitable for drinking purpose in pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging on inner wall of tank, roof sheet, manhole cover, channels, tie rod etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- Cost of scaffolding, T&P and any material required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge shall be deemed to the quoted rate.

M&L for surface preparation for paint of Outer surface of water tank sheet after removing all foreign particals from steel surfaces by scrubbing the wall with iron scrubber and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging on all outer wall sheet of tank, roof sheet, channels, trusses, coloumn and iron structure holding the tank, tie rod etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- Cost of scaffolding, T&P and any material required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer- in-Charge shall be deemed to the quoted rate.

M & L for writing the letters "PS TANK CAP 45000 Ltrs" and " SAVE WATER" on the tank having 40 feet staging with white synthetic paint on front side and "MES" on other side. Size of letter shall be 25-30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete servicing, greasing of the pump motor sets of capacity upto 30 HP by dismantling from the position,unscrewing nut bolt, bushes, cleaning, greasing and replacement of unsv bushes, gasket, gland packing/water seals, oil ring, nut bolts of suitable size including re-assembling the same in position and connect to the both end terminal circuit testing and commissioning complete all as directed. (Note:- 1. Arrangement of necessary T&P items required for dismantaling and reassembling pump motor set shall be deemend to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Cost of new bushes, gasket, gland packing nut bolts etc shall be deemened to be included in the quoated rate.)

Dismantling and lowering down mild steel tie bar made out of angle iron size 65mm x 65mm x 6mm and 2.00 metre long each from pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging without any damage to other members with necessary unscrewing of bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, errection, hoisting and fixing mild steel tie bars made out of angle iron of size 65mmx65mmx6mm and 3.00 metre long Each and drilling necessary holes for fixing of bolts & nuts in existing pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only serviceable tie bars obtained from serial item No 97 above duly cleaned complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for lifting up submersible pump set of capacity upto 30HP including column pipe from borewell and re-lowering the same after replacing damaged gasket, nut-bolts and proper maintenance of borewell and submiersiible pump set, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for repair to AC servo voltage stabilizer by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating,copper lugs,and nuts and bolts etc and reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed of capacity 20 KVA to 500 KVA voltage stabilizer

M&L for topping up of transformer oil of dielectric strength more than 50KV in servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting AC supply,dismantling, taking down and opening Servo stabilizer having capacity 20 KVA to 500KVA. Servicing, repair/replacement unserviceable parts such as contact bush, mechanical tap moving system, filtration of oil, topup new oil, servo motor, carbon busher assembly with carbon and repair/maint/replacement of PC board, indicator, transformer etc and other minor parts found defective during repairing. Re-assembling the same after repairing and commissioning testing, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the road surface with the help of GI tubing not exc. 80mm bore dia for passing of UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately.

S&F of Galvanised Iron Pipe 50mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of LT XLPE insulated cable, sheathed, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

All as per Item No. 121 here-in-above, but for cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4.0 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 100 Amps, 50 Hz, conforming to IS/IEC 60898, with Thermal Magnetic release, overload, short circuit fault protection 3 phase, breaking capacity 16 KA, Ics=100% of Icu, with Spreader terminal of both ends, connecting and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 123 here-in-above, but for 63 Amp capacity MCCB, breaking capacity 16 KA, Ics=100% of Icu, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of astronomical street light panel of capacity 12 Watt, 3 Phase, contactor rating 65A, TP, MCB rating 63 A TPN conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 provided with protection degree IP 54 with FRLS internal wiring, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Make Havells, Model No. IHXTS0912A. Note :- PCC (1:3:6) foundation for mounting of panel should be 300 mm below the ground level and 450 mm above the ground. cost for fixing angle iron foot frame of size 50x50x5 mm having length 500 mm shall be included in the quoted rate.
