Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 450x300x 7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm cement concret 1:2:4 type- B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as levelling course as in floor etc finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectagular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Serial No 5.00 here-in-before but vertical surface over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type F2 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as filling of sunken floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing damp proof layer in two coats of acrylic polymer coating consisting of 1 part of acrylic polymer liquid mixed with 2 parts of cementious powder applying at the rate of 1.40 Sqm/Kg of mix per coat. Second coat should be applied after 4-6 hrs of first coat, 5 days curing is to be carried out to the surface before providing plastering complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Make of the material 'Smart Care damp block 2K' of Asian paints or equivalent from Dr Fixit, STP, CICA etc. as approved by GE

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick work/concrete surface in cement motar 1:4 by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerbs, padding etc as directed mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
