Earth work exception for foundation in all solids and sub-solids to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive shoring, structing and baling out water wherever necessary and filling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layer of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the department officers with initial lead and lifts etc. including leaving the sites complete complying with standard specifications etc complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 Mix(One Cement,four Sand,Eight jelly) using 40 mm ISS Gauge HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site including all labour charges for mixing,laying,ramming,consolidation and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00m height for plane surface such as RCC Slab, Rectangular Beams, Tee (or) ELL Beams, Lintel Bed Block, Slabs, Landing Slabs, Beams Canopy, Side Slab (or) Square (or) Round columns etc., as detailed below with all cross branching using M.S. Sheets of size 80cm x 60cm and B.G. 10 stiffended with welded M.S. Angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joints of 10cm to 30cm to dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by departmental officers etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Mix (one part cement, three part sand and six part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Rubberised Interlocking Paver Block M40 grade providing and laying of 80mm thick heigh strength type confiriming IS 15658 - 2006 of Rubberised Interlocking Paver Block in required size of mininmum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flumying bore pattern with approved nin - sticking surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base cushion 150mm thick laying out the pavement cut the pieus to fit edge, vibrating pavers, sweeping transporting leading unloading as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications-10 m2.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including curing etc.,complete as per standard specification – 10m2

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 30 c.m x 20 c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.8

Supplying and fixing of Indian Orissa type water closet of 23" size white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with foot rest P or S type trap conforming to IS 2556 part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring allround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime Concrete 1:2:%(one lime and Two sand and five of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slop and including giving necessary connection to PVC soil pipes by dismantling brick masonry reinforced cement concrete roof slab or floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without any leakages etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.(The water closet,foot rest,P or S trap will be got approved from departmental officers before execution).

Supplying and fixing of 16mm thick bison shutter including cost of suitable "T" hinges, bolt nuts, handle and cost of teak wood lipping for alround the bison shutters. Including cost and conveyance and labour charges for wrought and put up etc., complete.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box and 5 A.F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for open PVC light/fan point SD. 20.

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm PVC Insulated SC Aluminium cable of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains etc complete. (SD.64)

Supply and run of 2 x 1.50 Sq.mm PVC Insulated SC unsheathed CU. Conductor of 1100 Grade in 25mm Dia GI Pipe (Glass “B”) suitable Bend of both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for Mains SD 69.

Supply and fixing of WT bulkhead fitting with guard(Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/K-Lite)suitable for 11W CFL lamp with CFL.SD.83

Dismantling the existing damaged Brick work in cement Mortar 1:5 and carefully stacking the materials at site including all labour charges complete complying with standard specifications.

Dismantling the existing damaged water closet ncluding all labour charges complete complying with standard specifications.

Clean removal of Cement plaster from walls

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make white glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of 560x406mm with a a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waster water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of PVC 6ksc& GI"B' class pipe from approved company and including cost and conveyance of materials and all etc complete complying with std specifications

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,
