Sub main wiring with two run single core 4 Sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V including 25 mm dia PVC concealed conduit medium grade ISI marked with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall alongwith one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board and testing on completion etc fixed in replacement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Two runs of 4sqmm and one run of 4.0 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit/ casing capping shall be measured as one RM

All as per item No. 1 herein before but with 6 sqmm pvc copper conductor cable through pvc conduit ISI marked with 6 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth contiunity conductor.

Sheet metal enclosure distribution board VTPN 6 way 415 volt 100 Amp rated bus bar double door type with suitable for mounting MCCB for incomer and MCBs for outing without MCCB and MCB IP-43 protection fixed in repair, Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of 4.00 mm dia GI or steel wire fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia galvanised earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, fixed in replacement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The contractor shall quote his rate considering taking down cost of existing unserviceable earthing.
