M & L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match in dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces all as specified and directed

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails.
