Carpentary Work :

Upper side of top shall be pasted using 1MM laminate, bottom of the top is covered with 0.8 mm balancing laminate, E1 grade in glossy laminate finish with zero urea formaldehyde emissions (<or= 8mg/100 g oven dry board-perforated method) for better in-house quality. Gable end & full height modesty is of 18mm thick Board All hardware is of ebco / Hettich. All detailing as per drawing and with corner Chamfered at exposed end. Shade & finish as approved by user.

Providing full height shelves with Shutters in 18mm thick Commercial MR Grade Ply (ISI Mark)century / gree shelves with shutter in ply (ISI Mark - 303 ) finished with approved 1mm thick outer laminate with marino / associate make laminate & 0.8mm thick inside laminate at edges will be covered with seasoned teak wood bidding of size 25mm x 25mm block size with termite treatment provision . All panels will be fixed on seasoned wood/ ply frame with all necessary hardware. E1 grade laminate finish with zero urea formaldehyde emissions (<or= 8mg/100 g oven dry board-perforated method) for better in-house quality. All hardware is of Ebco / Hettich. All detailing as per drawing with corner Chamfered at exposed end.Shade & finish as per approved by user. Cost should include all necessary Labour, Hardware, Hinges, Lock, Handle, Ply, Laminate, Magnet. Each door panel will have provision of handle & magnet for proper closure & alignment. Handle is of Hettich / EBCO in concealed patter with 100mm surface clarity for opening & chrome finish .

Providing & Supplying Low Height Cabinet made up of 18mm MR Plywood with IS : 303 upper side of top shall be pasted using 1mm decorative laminate ,bottom of the top is covered with 0.8mm balancing laminate, thick one side post form, outer Frame 18mm thick Board with confirming IS: 303 and back 9 mm thick plywood, Top 2 drawers to be made up of 12mm thick plywood with 9mm pre-laminated bottom, drawer will run on bottom mounted Telescopic channels, drawers are locked with central lock of HETTICH/ EBCO/Hafele or equivalent make.Bottom unit to be made with openable shutter provided with lock & auto close 2 nos. each shutter hinges HETTICH/ EBCO/Hafele or equivalent make, Shade & finish as per approved by user. All cutting of panel should be machine cut / CNC with proper finishing. Skirting of 100mm Height should be provided. Legs, Shutters & Cabinet Back will be of 18mm thick plywood. Shutters will be with SS finish handles (Make - Ebco), Telescopic channels (Make - Ebco/Hafele), Proper Locking Arrangement (Make - Ebco), etc complete directed user.

Providing and fixing a instrument table along with top shelves to hold required instruments in and other items to be made in 18mm MR Plywood with IS : 303 upper side of top shall be pasted using 1mm decorative laminate, bottom of the top is covered with 0.8mm balancing laminate. Storage facility beneath the table top single drawer and openable shutter below that. Details as per drawing in Appx G

Providing & Supplying Working tables along the wall and central area of laboratory as per drawing at Appx G. Supply of revolving Chair with PU Arms as approved by user. The seat made of the 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstery with fabric & moulded PU foam. Back made up of 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood. Dimension H - 1030 mm X 760mm. Mechanism will be push back with height adjustment.

Providing and fixing Pelmet made up of 18mm thick ply with 150mm x 150 mm along the wall and partitions with necessary wood support, finished in laminate of approved shade along all surfaces.

Providing of graphics as per approved design in 2mm Vinyl printing on 2mm foam sheet as per asked colour This sheet will be placed on 12mm ply with proper edge polishing.

Providing & fixing Roller blinds comprising of polymer coated fibre fabric with minimum openness factor of 3% and max. of 5% as per standards. The fabric shall be fire retardant and have high heat reflection ratios.
