HARD BED WITH PLYTOP: FD-246

Removing the old unserviceable head board from bed plywood top, supply and fix new head board of size 900 mm x 660 mm made out of 2 Nos of verticals of size 60 mm x 60 mm x 660 mm using second class hard wood (verticals shall be shaped as legs of size 60 mm x 60 mm at top and 30 mm x 30 mm at bottom) and 2 Nos of stiffeners 40 mm x 60 mm ( top and bottom round shaped ) with 75 mm width and 22 mm thick soft wood battens between stiffeners covered with 4 mm thick plywood OST exterior grade on both side and 12 mm half rounded teak wood beading around the edges of plywood by providing 2 Nos of 25 mm size round head brass screws for MNF set key holes and applying two coats of french polishing etc, complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

All as per item No 01 above but foot board of bed plywood top of size 900 mm x 500 mm.

Supply and fix long rail of bed plywood top of size 90 mm x 35 mm,1980 mm long made from first class teak wood and providing brackets 2 Nos made from flat iron of size 35 mm x 6 mm thick, 200 mm long on both ends and finishing the exposed wooden surface with french polishing and exposed steel surface with synthetic enamel painting including removing the old unserviceable long rail complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the old unserviceable pealed plywood from bed plywood top, supply and fix new plywood BWR type,(No of Ply 5) exterior grade, approved quality of size 1900 mm x 900 mm, 12 mm thick with suitable size of MS screws as per required for fixing of ply top, complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable /broken wooden stiffeners (supporting pieces) and supply and fix first class hard wooden stiffeners of size 45mmx 45mm x 900mm long duly fixed between both long rail at equal distance to support top of Bed with ply wood top as specified all as shown on drg and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Repairs to shaking Bed hard with ply top by providing new MS angle clamp 75mm x 75mm x 50mm ,5mm thick 4 Nos of set for each bed complete all as specified as per drawing.

Preparation of wooden surfaces of bed plywood top by scrubbing/ dusting/sanding and applying two coats of french polish all as specified and as directed.

TABLE DINING 8 PERSONS : FD-239 & 273

Removing the unserviceable top of table dining 8 persons, supply and fix new top of size 1800 mm x 900 mm made out of 18 mm thick commercial ply wood, BWR grade, approved make/quality fixed with 1mm thick plastic laminated sheet-matt finished and 4mm thick teakwood beading all around the table top and finished with two coats of french polish for the wooden beading and one coat of white enamel paint over a coat of primer at bottom side of table top as preservative complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the old unserviceable leg of table dining 8 persons, supply and fix new leg of size 75 mm x 40 mmx 722 mm long made from Ist class hard wood shape equal to match with the other existing legs and finishing the surfaces with two coats of french polish to match with the existing complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Replacing the long rails of table dining 8 persons by removing the unserviceable old long rail, supply and fix new long rail made of Ist class hard wood of size 25 mm x 100 mm, 1800 mm long approved quality and finishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Replacing the short rails of table dining 8 persons by removing the unserviceable old short rail, supply and fix new short rail made out of Ist class hard wood of size 25 mm x 100 mm, 900 mm long approved quality and finishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Repairs to shaking Table Dining 8 persons by proving new MS angle clamp brackets 4 pieces of size 75mmx75mmx25mm, 5 mm thick with steel screws for each Table dining 8 person complete all as specified as per drawing.

Removing the unserviceable top of table writing, supply and fix new top of size 1145 mm x 600 mm made from 18 mm thick commercial ply wood BWR grade approved quality fixed with plastic laminated sheet 1mm thick-mat finished including providing teak wood beading 18 mm wide, 4 mm thick all around the top and finishing with two coats of french polish etc, complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Replacing the old unserviceable broken legs from table writing by removing the existing leg, supply and fix new leg of size 35 mm x 55 mm , 717 mm long made out of 1st class teak wood duly shaped/ sized to match with the other wooden members and finishing with two coats of french polish etc complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the unserviceable cup board shutters from table writing, supply and fix new shutters of size 400 mm x 700 mm made from 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board, 18 mm x 6 mm teak wood beading fixed all around the door along with stainless steel piano hinges of size 15 mm and aluminium anodised knob of size 40 mm including finishing with french polish to wooden surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Replacing the unserviceable cup board locks from table writing, supply and fix brass cup board lock of size 40 mm, with duplicate keys, fixed with screws all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing Short stiffener bottom of size 50 x 25mm x 550mm for table writing using teak wood after cutting and making to size and shape all as shown on drawing fixed in repairs including applying two coats of french polish after preparation of surfaces as specified all as shown on drg and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Removing the broken unserviceable bottom stiffener long from table writing, supply and fix new bottom stiffener long made out of 1st class hard wood of size 50 mm x 25 mm, 1145 mm long- duly shaped etc and finishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawer and supply and fix new drawer size 300mmx600mmx75mm, made out of teak wood plank 12 mm thick for sides and back and 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination for front and 6mm thick plywood for bottom of drawer (Plywood, grade BWR, type BB with no. of ply 5) including fittings such as knobs etc all as specified/directed and as shown on drg. Note:- Each drawer will be measured as single unit.

Removing the existing unserviceable back ply 6mm thick and supply and fix new back ply size 580mmx410mm, made out of 6mm thick one side teak face Plywood grade BWR, type BB, (No. of ply 5) all as specified and directed & as shown on drg.

Supply and fixing of Side rail top (single piece) of size 25 x 50mm X 550mm (short) for table writing using teak wood after cutting and making to size and shape all as shown on drawing fixed in repairs including applying two coats of french polish after preparation of surfaces as specified all as shown on drg and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Long rail top (single piece) of size 25 x 50 x 640mm for table writing using teak wood after cutting and making to size and shape all as shown on drawing fixed in repairs including applying two coats of french polish after preparation of surfaces as specified all as shown on drg and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Removing the broken unserviceable stiffener from table wooden 900 mm x 600 mm x 760 mm with/without drawers, supply and fix new stiffener made out of Ist class hard wood of size 25 mm x 50 mm x 900 mm long and finishing with two coats of french polish etc. complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the broken unserviceable drawer of table 900 x 600 x 760mm with/without drawer, supply and fix new drawer made out of teak wood plank, The side and back of drawer shall be of 12 mm thick and 110mm high, front of drawer shall be of 20mm x110mm in section teak wood planks.The bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick BWR grade plywood including fittings such as knobs / handles etc and finishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the unserviceable top of side board, supply and fix new top of sizes 1220mm x 455mm made out of 18 mm thick plywood BWR grade approved quality fixed with 1 mm thick matt finish laminated sheet and providing teak wood beading 4mm thick, 20 mm width all around complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the unserviceable shutters from side board, supply and fix new shutters of sizes 600mm x 390mm made out of 18 mm thick particle board one side teak face, fixing with MS continuous Piano type hinges and 4 mm thick teak wood beading alround complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the unserviceable plywood from back of the side board, supply and fix new back of plywood of sizes 1220mmx700mm x 6mm thick BWR plywood one side teak face complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable side and supply and fix new side made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination not less than 1.5mm thick of sizes 760mmx455mm etc complete all as specified/directed and as shown on drg. Note:-Each side shall be measured as single unit.

Removing existing unserviceable bottom planks of side board and providing/fixing new bottom of sizes 455mmx1228mm, made out of 1st class hard wood of exisiting size and fixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing worn out unserviceable shelves of side board and providing the new one made out of 12 mm first class hard wood of existing size and fixing the same with in its original position including polishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed..

Removing the worn out unserviceable leg (long) of side board and providing the new leg (Long) of sizes 1140mmx380mm made out of 1st class teak wood of exisitng size and shape and fixing the same with in its original position including polishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed..

Removing the existing unserviceable broken wooden legs (Short) and supply and fix new teak wood leg (Short), size 45mm x45mm x 125mm etc complete all as specified/directed and as shown on drg. Note:- Each leg will be measured as single unit.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawer and supply and fix new drawer of size 380mmx450mmx155mm, made out of teak wood plank 12 mm thick for sides and back and 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination for front and 6mm thick plywood for bottom of drawer, including fittings such as knobs etc all as specified/ directed and as shown on drg. Removing the unserviceable shelf of table bed side, supply and fix new shelf of size 450 mm x 230 mm made from 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Repairs to shaking Table Bed side by providing necessary wood screws, jointing materials such as glues, tightening the table completely etc all as specified as per drawing.

Preparation of the wooden surface of table bed side by scrubbing/ dusting/sanding and applying two coats of french polish all as specified and as directed.

Replacing the unserviceable broken legs from table wooden 600 mm x 600 mm by removing the existing leg, supply and fix new leg of size 35 mm x 55 mm, 740 mm long made out of Ist class hard wood duly shaped/ sized suitable to other wooden members and finishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable long rail (Top) all sides of table wooden 600 mm x 600 mm x 760 mm, supply and fix new long rail (Top) all sides of size 25 mm x 50 mm x 600 mm long made from Ist class hard wood of approved quality and finishing with two coats of french polish etc, complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing of new stiffener to table wooden (600 mm x 600 mm of size) 35 mm x 25 x 600 mm long made from Ist class hard wood duly finished with two coats of French polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Repairs to shaking Table wooden 2'x2' by providing new tringular teak wood corner brackets 4 pieces of size 75mmx75mmx 25mm with suitable steel screws of Table wooden 2'x2' complete all as specified as per drawing.

Preparation of the wooden surfaces of table wooden 600 mm x 600 mm x 760 mm by scrubbing, dusting/sanding as required and applying two coats of french polish all as specified and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable top of teapoy, supply and fix new top of size 600 mm x 450 mm made out of 18 mm thick plywood BWR grade and fixed with 1 mm thick matt finished laminated sheet on the top and providing 4 mm thick, 20 mm width teak wood beading all around including polishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Replacing the unserviceable broken legs from teapoy by removing the existing legs, supply and fix new legs of size 30 mm x 60 mm x 530mm, made out of Ist class teak wood duly shaped/sized suitable to other wooden members and finishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable side rail top (Long) of teapoy, supply and fix new side rail top (Long) of size 50 mm x 30 mm X 510mm made from Ist class hard wood and finishing with two coats of french polish etc.complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable stiffener of teapoy of size 20 x 50mm x 420mm, supply and fix new stiffener of teapoy of same size made out of Ist class teak wood duly shaped/sized suitable to other wooden members and finishing with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Repairs to shaking Teapoy by supply and fix new tringular teak wood corner brackets 4 pieces of size 75mmx75mmx25mm with suitable steel screws for each Teapoy complete all as specified as per drawing.

Preparation of the wooden surfaces of teapoy by scrubbing/dusting/ sanding and applying two coats of french polish all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable top of table dressing gents and supply and fix new top of size 900mm x 300mm made out of 12mm thick plywood and 1 mm thick matt finished plastic laminated sheet on top fixed in position complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable Sides of table dressing gents and supply and fix new sides of size 300mm x 155mm made out of 12mm thick plywood and 1 mm thick matt finished plastic laminated sheet on top fixed in position complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable bottom of table dressing gents and supply and fix new bottom of size 900mm x 300mm made out of 12mm thick plywood fixed in position finishing with two coat of french polish etc, complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable back of table dressing gents and supply and fix new back of size 900mm x 155mm made out of 12mm thick teak wood planks fixed in position finishing withn two coat of french polish etc, complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable mirror with frame and supply and fix new mirror of size 390mmx760mm, 5.5 mm thick (Make:Modiguard/Atul) with frame of sizes 410mm width and 790 mm high including 6mm thick BWR ply fixed in back side with support of two teak wood batten of sizes 25mmx35mmx1115mm shall be provided on 6mm thick ply wood backing, all teak wood surfaces shall be finished with two coats of french polish etc.complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawers of table dressing gents, supply and fix new drawers of size 280mm x 295mm of table dressing gents made out of front of drawers shall be of sizes 280mm x130mm x 12 mm thick BWR ply wood and 1 mm thick matt finished plastic laminated sheet on top fixed in position including Brass knobs provided the drawers. Sides of the drawers shall be of sizes 290mm x 125mm x 12mm thick wood plank running smoothly in the drawers.The bottom and back of drawer shall be of 6mm thick BWR ply wood, all teak wood surfaces shall be finished with two coats of french polish etc, complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Polishing for table dressing gents with one coat of french polishing to old/new surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable existing parts of table dressing Ladies and replacement of the same with supply and fix of new parts made duly shaped/ sized to match with other wooden members etc, fixed in position all as shown on drawing for the following:-

Replacement of top by providing 18 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board exterior grade teak veneer face fixed in position complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Replacement of sides by providing 18 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board exterior grade teak veneer face fixed in position complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Replacement of unserviceable mirror with frame for table dressing ladies, Supply and fix mirror of size 365mm x 1220 mm x 5.5 mm thick including the frame using 6 mm plywood on back and teak wood beading alround according to the size and shape shown on drawing and as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable bottom Pre-laminated particle board,supply and fix new bottom made out of 18mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed in position all as specified and directed

Replacement of unserviceable drawers ,supply and fix new drawer made out of side and back of drawer by providing 12 mm thick teak wood, bottom of drawer using 6mm thick commercial plywood and front of drawer using 19 mm thick particle board with 1 mm thick plastic laminated sheet on top including 3mm thick teak wood edging all around the edges of drawers including providing vertical support using teak wood of size 45 mm x 45 mm at the back of mirror all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable side of book case and supply and fix new side of size 760mm x300mm x 19mm thick made out of 1st class Teak wood planks duly polished with two coats of french polish all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable board and wooden battens of Hat stand with mirror, supply and fix new board and wooden battens of Hat stand with mirror of size 1000mm x 710 mm made out of 18/19 mm thick block board exterior grade fixed with 4mm thick teak face plywood BWR grade of size 1000mm x 710mm to front of frame and 4mm thick commercial plywood of 1000mm x710mm shall be provided to the back frame. Removing the unserviceable Teak wood edging 6mmx35mm of Hat stand with mirror, Supply and fix new Teak wood edging of Hat stand with mirror 6mm x35mm alround the Hat stand frame duly polished with two coats of french polish all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable alluminium pegs from Hat stand with mirror and S & F new Brass pegs 120mm x 75mm of superior quality fixed with brass screws all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable mirror and T/W beading from Hat stand with mirror and S & F new mirror of size 300mm x 440mm x 5.5mm thick shall be provided with Teak wood beading of size 10mm x12mm made to shape as shown on drg duly polished with two coats of french polish all as specified and as directed, Make of mirror Modi Guard/Atul.

Removing unserviceable shutters from bedside lockers, supply and fix new shutters of size 375 mm x 900 mm made from 18 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade approved quality/make fixed with 1 mm thick laminated sheet matt finish and 19 mm x 10 mm teak wood beading fixed around the door along with Piano hinges of 15 mm width stainless steel and 100 mm aluminium bow handle 'D' type with base plate approved quality and aluminium anodised hasp and staple including provn of wooden stopper duly finished with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing old unserviceable bottom planks along with base planks of locker bedside, supply and fix new planks of required size made from Ist class hard wood 20 mm thick finished with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable plywood from back of the locker bedside, supply and fix plywood commercial exterior grade of size 750 mm x 900 mm x 6 mm finished with 2 coats of french polishcomplete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable top planks from locker bedside, supply and fix new top planks made out of 2nd class hard wood approved quality of size 610 mm x 760 mm x 20 mm thick finished 2 coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Supply and fix new aluminium conduit pipe 2 mm thick 15 mm dia 280 mm long superior quality in place of old unserviceable hanger rod of locker bed side including provision of 2 Nos teak wood rod holder of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm long duly shaped and finished with two coats of french polishing complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Removing unserviceable broken shelf of locker bed side, supply and fix new shelf made out of IInd class hard wood of approved quality of size 555 mm x 415 mm x 12 mm thick required shape and size as per drawing and finished with two coats of french polish complete all as specified and as per drawing & directed.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium haps and staple 100 mm long superior quality for locker bed side all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium handle 150 mm long superior quality for locker bed side all as specified and directed.

Prepare the wooden surface of bedside locker and applying two coats of french polish all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new MS angle clamp brackets 75mmx75mmx25mm, 5mm thick (Set of 8 Nos of clamp for each chair) with suitable steel screws for Chair Dining complete all as specified as per drawing.

Removing unserviceable cushion from the seat of chair dining cushioned and providing new foam cushion 75mm thick 40 density covered by tapestry cloth best quality (Cost shall be not less then Rs 300 per meter) on seat of 12mm thick plywood all as directed.

Preparation of wooden surfaces of the chair dining cushioned by scrubbing/dusting/sanding and applying melamine polish of approved colour and shade by using spary gun machine as per trade paractice and standard Engineering workmanship all as directed
