Supply of in-built GNSS based cable route tracer with 10W, 500 mA, 85V transmitter suitable for detecting & mapping underground cables with accuracy which can up to 3-5 cm or better, 1 with current directionup/down arrows, Remote calibration check feature. Supply shall include inbuilt RTK enabled receiver, transmitter, compatible dual Bluetooth android phone with RTK mobile application pre-installed in android device along with minimum 5 years subscription, compatible with NTRIP and RTCMv3.X messaging standards and holder & standard accessories. Make/Model: Radio detection RD8200GS or similar.(Inspection by Consignee)
The preparation of GNSS-based maps for the Cable Route Plan of buried Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T) cables shall be carried out using Radio Detector 8200 GS or similar equipment along with DGPS, on a per trench per kilometer basis. As per the instructions of theEngineer-in-Charge, the S&T cables shall be identified and marked on site, specifying the type of 2 cable as Signalling Cable, Quad Cable, OFC, or Quad-OFC, depending on what is available. The final output shall be submitted in KMZ file format (soft copy only), suitable for visualization in Google Earth. In the yard section, main trench samples shall be taken at intervals not exceeding 5 meters, while tail cable samples shall be collected at intervals not exceeding 2 meters. In addition, all signalling assets including underground cables, signals, track detection systems, points, Location Boxes, reference OHE, and reference track shall be geo-referenced and accurately marked in the map to reflect the true field conditions.[For yard]
Supply and installation of yard layout diagram board in the station master's room. The 3 board shall be made of Phynolic synthetic industrial fibre base fine weave cotton fibre board (matt finish) 6mm thick size 1800mm X 1200mm with aluminium channel frame.The yard layout shall be neatly painted and fixed as instructed by Railway representative at site.[All materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor].
