The cost shall include all labour and materials and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply, Delivery and fixing of neccesary plants of 1 to 2 year old Sapling including cost and conveyance of plants and fixing charges for necessary earth work and manure and watering and maintenance the palnts to 90 days and handed over to department.
