LABOUR PORTION

Charges for dismantling the existing concrete flooring for pipe laying in the puncture location ( 1 cu-m) and disposing of the same and providing of new concrete floor including T&Ps and consumables etc.,

Charges for erection of 200 NB Fire hydrant pipe line near Switchyard area for outer casing pipe necessary including consumables and T&Ps etc., (Required 200NB pipe will be supplied by the Board at free of cost).

Charges for dismantling of damaged 150NB MS ERW pipeline near Switchyard area including T&Ps and consumables etc.,

Charges for erection of new 150NB MS ERW pipeline near Switchyard area including T&Ps and consumables etc.,

Charges for dismantling of damaged 80NB MS ERW pipeline near Switchyard area including T&Ps and consumables etc.,

Charges for erection of new 80NB MS ERW pipeline near Switchyard area including T&Ps and consumables etc.,

Charges for excavation of earth and refilling the same dewatering , wrapping and coating application including cost of wrapping coating materials, consumables and T&P hire charges.

Charges for providing MS supports for 150 NB MS ERW pipelines including cutting, drilling, fixing clamps and fastners and welding necessary including T&Ps and consumables etc., (Required iron & steel material supplied by the Board at free of cost)

Charges for attending breakdown and placing of flange, gaskets of 150mm dia sluice valve in fire hydrant system by releasing the valve, dismantling, through cleaning, lapping of gate seating, renewal of worn out gland, gaskets and painting and reassembling intact including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.

Charges for Painting erected 150/80 NB Fire hydrant pipe line & MS Supports near Switchyard area with two coat enamel red paint including T&Ps and consumables.
