15 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete on wall including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Liquid water proofing compund in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Pressed steel frames for doors, made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete, of frame size 125 mm x 60 mm, including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No 8 above but of frame size 105 mm x 60 mm.

35 mm thick, factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, paneled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Description all as per item No 10 above but glazed and skeleton shutter with sash bar for glass/wire gauge.

Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates for, filling as in the pressed steel door frame/hold fast complete all as specified.

Dismantling of steel windows/ventilators any description and fixed in any position including grill etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Factory made mild steel ventilators box type with upper top hung shutters and bottom fixed type shutters including pintol hinges, steel peg stay and one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all specified. Notye : i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1517/15 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 (ii) MS fillets, glazing, wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to FE 290-0 or Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made PVC door shutter 30 mm thick consisting of 24mm thick panel of hollow PVC profile and frame made out of 19 guage thickness MS tubes of section 19 x 19mm inserted horizontally inside the hollow section at an equal distance from top and bottom of door and fixed with hollow profile section using 3mm thick PVC sheet using screws. Treatment of sunken floor surfaces with 0.488 kg/Sqm first layer of slurry of cement mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours and then applying in second layer slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg /Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer based modified cementitious composite compound @0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours, including taking down old/existing treatment with wire brusing and clearing the dust and foreign material before new treatment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof)

25mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, all as specified .

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm including 15 mm thick screeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Applying bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30kg/sqm, after drying of primer applying a coat of hot blown bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and layin polymeric water proofing membrane, five layerd with centre core of 90 micron high molecular density polythelene film (min weight 3kg per sqm) with end over laps not less than 150mm and side lap 75 mm and applying a coat of semi hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 0.50kg/sqm and dusted over the bitumen coat and applying two coats of aluminum paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium, point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as light fittings, switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, ceiling, floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed (FRLS) cable with multi stranded copper conductor wiring in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) 20mm dia and over, wall thickness not less than 2.00 mm thick , and all accessories for one light /fan/ bell controlled by one switch with 1.25mm thick pressed steel terminal anodized box concealed on walls, 3mm laminated plastic sheet cover for mounting of switches, socket outlet, regulator etc or suitable for modular type switches, socket outlet, regulator etc , fixed by suitable size of 4 Nos cadmium screws along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified.

Srl item No 133 Contd … (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note : On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store, and applying two coats painting with synthetic enamel to ceiling fans complete, in situ by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc., making all connection using 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multi strand PVC insulated 3 core flexible cable from ceiling rose to fitting including rapair ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, oiling, greasing cleaning slot, over hauling & replacement of defective nut bolts washer etc, and rehanging/fixing only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as per the directions of Engg-in-Charge.
