Providing, Laying & Fixing of Substrater Set consisting of pre fabricated body/shell having strong acidic resistant strength for free flow of complete process without disturbing the whole grid. All required municipal permission like traffic police/local authority permission (If required) will be in agency scope. Complete system shall be capable to substrate the all material with fifty tpd calibration. All required accessories like bottom mounted solid base i/c connected vacuumizing device for smoother functioning of the system. Complete system shall be design or tailor-made option will be supply at site. All loading/unloading services in the scope of agency. Nothing shall be paid extra for the same. System shall be capable to handle all substrated clotted materials during the process. outer portion will be covered with furbish coat for handling all type of lower & higher temperature. it shall be design for continues working mode. Complete system shall be design for automatic or manual mode for smoother functioning at site.

Providing, laying & fixing of off line type Detritus system attached with caser unit consisting of all type of bottom holder. It shall be procure at site in dry from by agency All wayers shall be mounted side or top side of the system & provided by the agency free of cost at site. After fixing the complete unit agency/contractor shall paint the whole system as per site requirement. Caser shall be in pre- fabricated form having both side operational capability along with all required size of accessories shall be part of the caser. It contains anti–ballistic body for carrying the dry mix type pucker cartridge. It shall be in crumbly form & capable to bear all type of low and heavy pressure along with high clotted acidic molecule property. Pouring shall be from top / side mounted fixed/openable type nut/bolt fitted plates frame. During process the retained substrate material shall be stabilized up to zero point one tpd materials. At outer portion it shall be completely quiescent. Working shall be continues/shift base according as per site requirement. Nothing shall be paid extra for same. Erection shall be horizontal/vertical/as per direction of Engg.-in charge. All required fittings like mounter, hinges, supporting system shall be part of the unit. Nothing shall be paid extra for loading/unloading or staging the same.

Refilling of Highly Clotted Cartage from existing Lumber system contain different type of proportionate properties i/c highly clotted strength for smoother functioning of the complete system. Nothing shall be paid extra for the refilling of existing laid cartage. All mandatory municipal authority permission will be in scope of agency /contractor.(If required). Pucker sizes shall be mixed type ‘n’ different type of colouring layer. All pucker cartage shall be precure at site in dry form & laying process shall be execute in the presence of Engineer-in-charge. All hazard cartage palates will be disposed of far away from the site & in environment friendly manners. It will be in scope of the agency/contractor. All related fixing & fixture (if found break) will be refill by the agency/contractor free of cost. All transportation, lifting & refilling will be in agency scope. Nothing shall be paid extra for the same. After charging the complete process existing system shall be paint from the outside (One or more coat) will be part of the complete process. During the laying process agency shall arrange the top nautches unit for absorption & reduction the all-unwanted hazard gases. It will be connected to each unit during the laying process & after the complete process it will be hygienically clean & removed from the site. Pouring shall be from top / side mounted fixed/openable type nut/bolt fitted plates frame. During process the retained substrate material shall be stabilized & design by the agency same as previous setting of the complete system. Procurement of pucker will be in one batch ‘n’ one process at site.
