Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remainging earth locally for road work - by mechanical means - depth upto 3m (Ordinary soil).

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth 3 wheeled steel roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MORTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - Using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70

Raising of intercepting chamber by dismantling the old R.C.C. slab, removing the I.C. cover and frame from the chamber and raising the chamber height with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four sand), refixing the frame in position by laying reinfoced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement one and half sand and three HBG metal) including curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement, finishing the top, inside and outside plastering with 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand), the rate includes all materials, providing barricading,caution board, watch and ward etc.,complete till the completion of work with minimum hindrance to the traffic.- 30cm height

Supplying and fixing of Ductile Iron (D.I) man Hole cover 560mm dia circular hinged cover with square frame of heavy duty and not less than 50 kg as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Raising of various types of manholes and flushing tank by cutting alround the manhole cover, removing the frame and cover from the manhole by cutting the B.T., W.B.M., surface, raising the manhole to the required height with brick work in cement motar 1:4 (One cement and four sand), refixing the frame in position by laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement one and half sand and three 20mm HBG metal) ncluding curing, but excluding the cost of reinforcement, finishing the top, inside and outside plastering with 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand), the rate includes all materials, providing barricading,caution board, watch and ward etc.,complete till the completion of work with minimum hindrance to the traffic.-30cm height.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of retro -reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm ( 3.5 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 23.8kg , with board support angle 35x35x6mm-2.30 mtrs - 3kg/mtr = 6.9kg and anchor flat - 0.5kg)firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 60 cm equilateral triangle . Providing and fixing 3m make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing toal internal refeletion of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conformaing to ASTM D 4280. The refectance raised pavement makers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker and shall be flat within 1.3mm (3m equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordence with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methylmetherylate confirming ASTMD788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0sq.cm. The slope or retro reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortor all as per the MORTH Circular NO.RW/NH33023/10/97/DOIII, dt.11.06.97

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately - by manual means - bituminous courses

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Providing, hoisting and fixing precast R.C.C cover slabs for drain (upto plinth level) of length varying upto 1.80m and varying thickness from 100mm to 200 mm including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with neat cement punning on the exposed surfaces but excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5: 3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). The rate is inclusive of all taxes.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL/JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Desilting the canal 'U' drain, culvert etc., by removing silt, slush and debries from the bed of the drain and removing the grass bushes etc., complete in unhygienic and foul condition including disposal of the same within an average lead of 10 Km without polluting the environment etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (The rate is inclusive of all taxes.)

Removing and refixing the existing RCC precast cover slab of thickness varying from 100mm to 230mm on top of 'U' drain including laying in position to the required level and alignment etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (The rate is inclusive of all taxes.)

Disposal of unserviceable materials like debris , scarified road material, building material etc from the site within an average lead upto 10 km. The rate including incidental charges and loading charges on the PWD yard / road side, low lying area etc, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The disposal point should be identified by the contractor itself)
