Replacement of existing unserviceable handle by providing new Mild Steel chromium plated handle of standard size including nuts and washers of almirah large/medium steel best quality as approved all as specified and directed.

Taking down/dismantling existing unserviceable shelves of steel almirah large and replace with new shelves made out of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet bent to shape as per existing and fixed by welding/ riveting and painting complete all as directed. FOR ALMIRAH LARGE

Taking down/dismantling existing unserviceable shelves and replace with new shelves made out of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet bent to shape as per existing one and fixed by welding / riveting and painting complete all as directed. FOR ALMIRAH MEDIUM

Taking down/dismantling existing unserviceable 3-Way locking system of steel almirah large and replace with new 3-Way locking system all as directed FOR ALMIRAH LARGE

Taking down/dismantling existing unserviceable 3-Way locking system of steel almirah medium and replace with new 3-Way locking system all as directed FOR ALMIRAH MEDIUM

S&F new 75mm 6 lever lock with brass levers & stainless steel keys in duplicate fixed with suitable screws, welding as required for Almirah large/medium steel incl removing the existing unserviceable lock. Make: Godrej/Harrison/Link

LOCKERS STEEL (FD-57, FD-1029)

Taking down/dismantling existing unserviceable hinges and replace with new hinges made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet bent to shape required to match with existing and fixed complete.

S&F safety hasp and staple chromium plated 75 x 40 x 3 mm thick for steel locker including taking out old one all as shown on drg and as directed.

S&F chromium plated MS handle 100mm long for steel lockers including taking out old one all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr –in-Charge.

Taking out old leg and S&F of new legs made out from 1.00mm thick MS black steel sheet including bend to shape and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paints (light grey or OG colour) over a coat of anti-corrosive metal primer complete all as directed.

TABLE STEEL

S&F of following new table top 19mm thick veneered particle board. Veneered finished on one side solid core, interior grade with teak wood beading on all sides. The top shall be fixed with frame by chromium plated screw including taking out old one all as shown on drawing drg and as directed. TABLE OFFICE TYPIST/CLERK (FD-381& FD-1004 )

S&F Table drawer shutter of size 40 cm x 36 cm made out from 1mm thick MS Black sheet with drawer lock including gas welding and two coated of spray painting of Og paint over a coat of red oxide primer for table office officer including taking out old shutter all as shown in drg and as directed.

DINING TABLE ALUMINIUM TOP (DRG NO FD-165M)

Removal of u/s Top of table and supply and fixing new top of size 1800x600x18mm made out of MDF board (Ext Gde) covered from all side with Aluminium sheet 22 gauge thick covered alround . Top fixed with steel screw of required size complete all as directed.

Taking down/dismantling unserviceable leg for table dining and replace with new leg made out of 25 mm x 25 mm hollow square bare, 75 cm long including painting as per existing one to match with surrounding surface complete all as directed.

Removing the old welding spots from broken welding joints and re-welding in the same place as required.

CHAIR CB STEEL (DRG NO FD-75 M)

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken Arms rest for chair CB steel with arms and supply and fix new Arms rest of size 420 X 50 X 20mm 1st class hard wood made to complete all as specified & shown on drg including french polishing to exposed surfaces all as directed.

Preparation of surfaces (internal, external, shelves, legs etc) of following items and making the surface free from dust rust any foreign material and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality (Berger/Asian) of approved shade including necessary repairs if any by providing rivets, gas welding denting etc. The paint shall be done by spraying method all as specified and as directed.
