Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft/ loose soil including making good to the disturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavements complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exc.50metres and deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - (i) Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment (ii) Sand, free from any type of seeds, vegetation, grass etc shall be laid in switch yard and rate for making sand neat and clean is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate.

Taking out serviceable/ unserviceable HT UG cable from trench/ duct/ pole/ surface of cross sectional area 95 to 185 sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type after electrical disconnection including protection covers, pipe etc of any descriptions complete including segregation of serviceable materials viz protection cover, pipe etc and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for reuse/ further disposal complete all as directed. Note: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item. (ii) Serviceable cover/ pipe will be kept aside for re-use.

Supply, fixing/ laying, testing, connecting and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed type) grade of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ on wall/ pole/ duct/ pipe including suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying/ re-routing of serviceable (material as obtained from taking out) HT cable of size 95 to 185 sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type including making electrical connection complete all as directed.

Relaying of old serviceable (material as obtained from taking out) PCC cable cover in trenches for protection of UG HT cable complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, indoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing including cutting of old joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dehydration and filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of Air Force Station Dinjan. (b) The report before filtration and after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surfaces of upto 250 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings and fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings and attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surfaces by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and all as specified. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate/ any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting. Rate for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Material and labour for disconnecting the pole mounted/ platform mounted/ out door/ indoor type distribution transformer rating 150/ 250 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV of any make/ type and transporting to workshop for repair/ rewinding, dismantling the transformer with connected accessories, taking out oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse), taking out the core assembly with winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally, rewinding burnt HT/ LT coil with existing gauge of copper super enamelled wire/ copper strip of existing size providing new insulation sleeves for outlet connections, reassembling including topping up old oil , carrying out routine test (i.e. IR value, high voltage test, ration test , short circuit test and BD value of oil) of transformer, bringing back and re-installation at its original position and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Copper winding wire/ strip will be measured and paid seperately under relevant ite as "Supply only". (b) Oil require for topping up will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. (c) Charge for transportation of transformer to civil workshop for repair and bringing back for re-installation is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only DPC copper strip of various gauge of existing specifications for re-winding of transformer primary and secondary coils including necessary class of insulation complete all as specified.

Supply ony super enamelled copper winding wire of various gauges of existing specifications for rewinding of transformer primary and secondary coils including necessary class of insulation complete all as specified.

Material and labour for carry out test of transformer oil for acidity of various distribution transformers and submitting test report complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the distribution transformer outdoor/ indoor type from HT and LT side, opening carefully at site, draining out transformer oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse) upto HT/ LT box for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 25 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, refilling the transformer oil and re-assembling after repair including testing for any oil leakage and connecting the HT/ LT side and testing on available electric load complete all as directed. Note: (a) Defective parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. (b) Charge of welding work (if required) is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification.

Supply only top cover gasket set of existing specification and size.

Supply only HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV of existing specification.

Supply and fix in replacement of oil level indicator suitable for 25 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer alongwith connected accessories complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of air breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for 25 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, fixing on existing pipe of size 15/ 20/ 25 mm dia with suitable reducer/ connector as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of modification (if required to fix on existing MS pipe) shall be deemed to included in the item quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 25 x 20 cm for HT 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all specified and as directed.

Lifting of distribution transformer of capacity 150/ 250 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV carefully by suitable transportation (crane) after disconnecting all HT/ LT electrical connections, earthing strips, foundation nuts and bolts and shifting to a location not more than 500 m and reconnecting all electrical connection to its original position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged pole of HT over head line of 11 m long (except embedded portion) complete including all MS work mounted on pole with two coats of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and providing 07 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for flex fiber board of minimum thickness 5mm, surface/ wall mounting type, digitally printed with letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) as per sample including cutting into pieces as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high as per colour scheme complete all as specified and as directed.
