Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications, using materials of approved manufacturers. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials Note: (1) Structural steel required for the work shall not be supplied by the Department and the contractor has to procure the same. (2) Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment, but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate. (3) All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. (4) Electrodes manufactured by approved make shall be used.
Providing and laying Cobble stone block of flame finish of size 100 mmx100 mm and thickness varying 80 to100 mm to laid in required pattern and design including wedge cutting for circular pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of crushed sand. The pattern shall be made up of Black Granite Cobble stone, Cira Grey Cobble stone, Ruby Red Granite cobble stone and Madurai gold (Min 25% area) cobble stone. The cobble block shall be four sided hand chiselled up 20-30 mm from top. After laying these stones in patterns top joints shall be filled with coloured cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. De-silting of deposited silt by excavation by using hydra from the silting pond & drains canals, wells etc. at various location and size including removing of wild vegitations creepers, dry muck if any by the side of wells, ponds as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint On STEEL surfaces using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of High Build epoxy primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat).
Providing and painting with Epoxy PU paint On CONCRETE surfaces using 3 coats of (180 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high building coating of approved make as finishing coat over a priming coat of epoxy clear lacquer primer to give high performance film over concrete/ plastered surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper, making free of dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 180 micron (180 micron finishing coat)
Providing, painting, Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint on sand face plaster / plain plaster & concrete surfaces with Silicone additives of approved make of required shade over new/old work (Two coats applied @ minimum 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm) over and including external cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Project Engineer. On Plain Plaster surfaces
Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC or Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job as single day work , for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 3 Jobs per day (tentatively) for the period mentioned in NIT as per requirement at site and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for that particular job. (5) Technician should be engaged after scrutiny of BARC Engineers/Engineer -in-charge and on approval by Competent authority and the particular person is answearble only to BARC engineers/Engineer-in-charge .

(2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out one job per month (tentatively) for the period mentioned in NIT as per requirement at site and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one engineer exclusively for the particular job. Designing, supplying, fabricating, testing, transporting, handling and erecting at required positions and levels Structural Steel members for pre-engineered building as per approved design and drawing including girders, steel beams,rafters, purlins, cleats, fixing accessories, connection fasteners, girts, wind bracings and all structural members required to support roofing, rain water gutters, lighting windows including epoxy painting and making provisions stated as below including all consumables. This shall comprise of the following : Primary members: Primary members such as transverse rigid frames, curved rafters and wind bracings, bearing frame rafters, supports for rain water gutters etc. using three plate technology or as per approved design (Using 310 MPa Yield strength). Secondary Members: Secondary members such as purlins, girts, eaves, struts, wind bracing, flange bracings, base angles, clips, and other miscellaneous structural parts using cold rolled forming technology (Using 310 MPa Yield strength). Connections: All field connections shall be bolted. primary field connections shall be bolted and shall conform to ASTM- A -325 and Secondary connections shall conform to ASTM- A -307. Provisions as shown in drawing for : Openings for windows, ventilators, etc. with suitable steel members or frames on all the sides of the opening. All fabricated structural steel shall be painted with epoxy protective paint of approved make minimum 2 coats and 150 micron dry film thickness of approved colour after surface preparation by sand blasting. Notes : (1) All fabrication including welding shall be carried out in the factory only and no site fabrication will be permitted. (2) Detailed design and Drawings , shop drawings shall be prepared by the contractor through specialised pre engineered building agency/ experienced consultant and submitted for approval and detailed design report, Loading details / reactions shall be given for design assesment. (3) Conceptual aesthetically pleasing supporting system shall be worked out and submitted for approval before proceeding detailed design.
Supplying, fabricating, testing, transporting, handling and erecting at required positions and levels metal roofing and canopy roofing including flashings and insulation etc. as per approved drawings and design complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all consumables comprising of the following: Double skin insulated standing seam roofing system - comprising of 0.50 mm thick colour coated / bare Al-Zinc Alloy coated steel 0.50 mm with overall width of 400 to 500mm by seaming by using mechanized "Zip" technology for 100% water tightness on outer face and 0.50 mm thick inner linear sheet with galvalume sheet profile and physical material properties as specified. These sheets shall be fixed on specially reinforced polyamide or acetylyte anti friction di electric brackets at every location for permitting unhindered, free sheet movement at all required locations. The profile shall have a special in built drainage joint at side laps to make it fully watertight even in fully submerged condition. It shall have overall depth of 100 mm from horizontal after fixing . The side laps shall be of interlocking type without requirement of any mechanical seamer. Insulation : This shall be comprising of two layers of rockwool insulation each of 50 mm thick with density of 48 kg / Cu. M. Sub Grit (Top Hat) 1.5 mm thick Galvanised steel hat section fixed to main purlins, above first layer of insulation, to support the aluminium sheets. Inner linear sheet of 0.50 mm nominal TCT of physical material properties as specified. Vapour Control layer : The vapour contol layer to reduce the movement of water vapour from inside the building through the roof construction to reduce the risk of condensation shall consists of 3 layer membrane to be laid continuous across its surface shall be fully sealed at laps, perimeters, penetrations to ensure effectiveness & aluminium foil of 0.50mm thick laid over insulation board.
