PROVISION OF DEFICIENT STREET LIGHTS AT CERTAIN AREAS AT UWR (GOA)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 m wide and getting it out in hard dense soil for erection of pole.

All as per Item No. 1.01 but in soft disintegreted rock/ laterite rock.

All as per item No. 1.02 but exceeding 1.5 m depth but not exceeding 3 m deep.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point.

Supply/ Lay dry river sand in trenches for cable protection All as SSR Part I. Note : Punned thickness only will be measured & Paid.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm duly ISI Marked.

Supply and fix Intergral LED Street Light Luminaire 72 W Comprises a pressure dicast aluminium housing with LEDs and driver. Heat resistant toughened glass with frame suitably gasketed for IP 66 Class I protection including all accessories, all as specified and directed. Make: Luker, Cat Part No. LST72 or equivalent in Philips / Bajaj.

M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Erect of RCC Pole 9 m long, 102 x 152 mm at top and 102 x 289 mm at bottom class 10 confirmed to IS 785-1998, erected in position all as directed complete. Note:- Excavation and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for fixing RCC Pole.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping.

Supply & Fix Integrated model enclosure for Street Lights of capacity 5 KW 1 Phase supply including Intelligent nature switch timer, contactor 25 Amps per pole (2 pole bridged) and MCB 40 Amps etc to fix on pole with clamps complete all as specified and direceted. Make: Kakatiya Energy Systems, Cat Part No.SWADEEP – 02EC 5KW1P or equivalent in L&T, Bajaj.

S & F DB box of model JSB-1414 for cable 10/16 sqmm 2 core with glands including suitable fixing arrangement of make Sintex or equivalent with 01 No MCB SPN of 6 Amp fixed on existing pole with clamp, nut & bolt connections complete.

S & F GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia, 1.2 m in length,bent to shape for fixing street light fitting fixed with necessary clamps, bolts nuts etc., complete.

ROVISION LIGHTENING ARRESTORS AND COPPER TYPE EARTHING WITH CONNECTION FOR TECHNICAL WING AT UWR (GOA)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit n. less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI Strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers of galvanised steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia of required length for protection of GI strip and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and as directed including connections and testing on completion.

M&L for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate 900mm x 600mm x 5mm thick buried directly in earth pit not less than 3 m deep below ground level filled and complete size of pit 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 3 m earth plate connected to copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass/copper duly brazed earth strip protected with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe from earth plate electrode to test point in and including the earth test point made by gunmetal phosphrous bronze of size 75x75x25 mm including 20 mm dia water pipe medium grade GI tubing including GI funnel wire mesh, alternate five layers of charcoal (250 Kg) , common salt crystal (250 Kg) and top layer with Magnesium sulphate (100 Kg) including earth work in any strata returning and filling and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber RCC cover etc to achieve earth resistance less than 01 Ω including testing complete all as specified and as shown on plate No. 03 of SSR Part-I all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including connections and testing on completion.

Supply & fix GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm buried in ground or fixed on wall as directed as down conductor from test point.

Supply & fix Copper strip 20 mm x 3 mm buried in ground or fixed on wall as directed as down conductor from test point.

Test point terminal block with suitable MS box made of gun metal or phosphrous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw.

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm size complete with saddles and fixing on suitable insulator all as directed. Note:- Cost of insulators shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia, 300 mm dong for lightning purpose.

M & L Copper Cable PVC insulated multistranded 6 sqmm size with lug on each end for connecting with electrical load.
