Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth:

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 with 15% plums and curing complete including the cost of form work for palin/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per drawing and HPPWD technical specifications

Providing weapholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204, 37..

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: a) Foundation and Plinth

Brick work using machine made building bricks laid with forming horizontal and vertical process 10mm wide 12mm deep during laying in super structure abve plinth level upto floor two level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand) a)Second class machine made bricks

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint: a)In gratings, framed guards, bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 25x25mm mesh of weight not less than 3.20 kg per Sqm. to existing steel window frame etc. including 20x5mm MS flat acting as beading and including welding rigidly and i/c a priming coat of red lead paint complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping . a) With enamel paint other than white.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete. a) 80mm thick block.

Providing & laying coloured chequered tiles minimum 25mm thick of specified sizes laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement6 sand jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles.(wherever required)

Cpnstructing Course rubble hammer dressed ‘U’ shape open surface drain wth side wall 15x22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3(1 Cement:3 Sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement:5 Sand :10graded stone aggregate) of 40mm nominal size) and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cementt j complete as per standard design.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the Rough/Fair side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth up to all heights including all lead & lifts : a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand).

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design(Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete upto all height
