SR to Ayeba Nembara Road in the District of Kendrapara for the year 2025-2026

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MoRD & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flank dressing on road embankment / shoulders to proper camber & grade including cost of all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surfacetoadepthof50mmanddisposal of scarifiedmaterialwith inall liftsand lead upto 1000 metres etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing W.B.M. of 75mm thick compacted thickness using Grade-II size of H G metal with Crusher Dust as binding materials with all cost carrrage royality, Taxes, of all materials, and labour for spading of metal and compacting with P.R.R. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge WBM Gr-II

Providing W.B.M. of 75mm thick compacted thickness using Grade-III size of H G metal with Crusher Dust as binding materials with all cost carrrage royality, Taxes, of all materials, and labour for spading of metal and compacting with P.R.R. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge WBM Gr-III

Providing and applying Primer Coat using bitumen 60/70 on the prepared granular surface including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 Kg/Sqm using mech. means cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate 0.20 Kg per sqm on the normal bituminous / granular cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause including all cost, carriage, royality, etc .including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60 kg. penetration 80/100 grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles including all cost of all materials, labour, royality to site as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge etc complete.

Providing 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat with 6.00 mm size HG Chips including labour , cost,conveyance , royality, taxes and all other materials reuired for the work etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge

Earth work in embankment in oridinary soil within 50 m, initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rought dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
