Including reinforcement in existing concrete wall and making total opening 1250 mm X 2230mm without damaging other part of Lift RCC shell to all height of Lighthouse tower and applying nito bond Adhesive to old Suface area of RCC concrete and making the surface good for fabrication work. Including cutting the RCC wall in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, Removal and disposal of rubbish out side the campus in dumping yard. including Scaffolding all tools and plants etc complete. as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing & fixing of ACP Gladding wall with support of MS Plates & Angles to connect the entrance door to lift cabin door as per the specification or Drawing provided. a) From \outer Entrance wall to 593mm Length of Bottom side (Length & Right) provide 100 X 50 Rectangular GI Tube and Fixing. Similarly Fixed n the same at Top side. (Refer Drawing :04/08) b) From Outer Entrance wall to 593mm distance provides inclined of 100 x 50 Rectangular MS Tube fixed the length of Chord Area form Bottom. Similarly Fixed the Same at Top Side. (refer Drawing 04/08) c) For the entrance Area Covered by 4.2 mm thick ACP Gladding from outer wall to 593mm Right Side, 2230mm) (Refer Drawing :04/08) D) Passage Flooring provide by 6mm SS. Supplying fabrication and fixing of I Beams Size 150 mm x 150mm by grouting in lift room slab For Machine Room Motor nad Providing anchor beams, Packing, core cutting for making lifting arrangement in machine, providing & chemical grouting hooks in lift well .Cost including all supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, curing etc., complete (Refer Drawing :08/08)

Provide & fixing 20mm thick M.S. Plate allround the opening to ensure the additional strengthening of opening for Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc all complete.

Lift Pit Construction Work:

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars. including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools, ladders and all other charges etc. complete.

15 mm cement plaster in 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 plinth level in Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) wherever required as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, curing,and all other charges etc complete.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement, 3 Coarse River sand, 6 hard graded granite stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size of approved first quality) all work up to plinth level. including mixing, laying, ramming, curing, etc., Supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants and all other charges etc. , complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Supply and Fabrication of Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. For Under ground sump and miscellaneous work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on new work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Electrical Work: a) 25 Sq.mm 4 core Aluminum Armored cable Laying from source of the Ground Floor Power point to Lift machine Room Area with necessary Switches, MCB,. b) Two Numbers of 8 SWG copper wire earthling from earth Pit to Lift top Machine Room and making Earth pits and using proper chemical Earth Rod. c) Bulkhead Light wiring in the lift hoist way and fixing light assemblies in every 3 meters interval and necessary sockets.
