Rate Contract for Cleaning of GLR CWR OHSR RGF SSF at various WSS Rural and Urban for summer 2026 under Distt. Dn. II Bikaner

PART A :-

Cleaning of Ground water reservoir ( GLR's) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of wall, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.

Cleaning of Clear water reservoirs ( CWR's) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.

up to 10 KL

Cleaning of Over Head Service Reservoir ( OHSR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.

Replacement of existing wire mesh on ventilators of GLRs, OHSRs, CWRs etc. with 16 mm dia MS vertical bars placed at 10 cms wherever required, having 16-gauge wire mesh with a inner base of expanded jali welded around with vertical bars

Taking out with care the M.S. iron ladder fixed at OHSR , repairing, welding etc and fixing back at reservoirs including all labour and material.

Replacement of existing copper float dia 300 mm and iron counter weight for water level indicator

Cleaning of pump house by air blower/ vacuum cleaner or other means including removing of JALA from ceiling and walls etc. complete Job.

Cleaning of Electric Panel PMCC by air blower/vacuum cleaner or other means including tightening of loose connections etc. complete job.

Silt clearance from Sedimentation cum storage tank with all lift and lead up to 50 Mtr. Silt to be disposed outside the Headworks boundaries. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed including stacking of useful material if any available during excavation for all kind of soil. Silt clearance is to be carried out by means of mechanical system i.e. Tractor craw/Trolley or any other mechanical system. No extra payment shall be done for lift . This work also involves dressing of bottom which is to be done manually and there shall be no damage to lining and LDPE film of tank. Work is to be done as per direction of Engineer In Charge and technical specifications.

Labour charges for screening of old sand (received from filter beds) through the standard sieves, washing the sand with HCL acid of required concentration as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge, so as to remove all the mud and other deposits from sand grains and then clean with water till the sand is as neat and clean that it impart no colour to clean while washing. It also includes placing this washed filter media (sand) in filter beds in layer as instructed by the Engineer- In- Charge. (RGF, SSF)

Labour charges for screening of old gravel (received from filter beds) through the standard different sizes sieves for required sizes of gravel, washing the gravel with HCL acid of required concentration as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge, so as to remove all the mud and other deposits from gravel grains and then clean with water till the gravel is as neat and clean that it impart no colour to clean while washing. It also includes placing this washed gravel in filter beds in layer as instructed by the Engineer- In- Charge. (RGF, SSF)
