Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stacked hard rock shall be measured by deducting 50% quantity for voids for hard rock, remaining quantity will be considered of soft/disintegrated rock. (ii) Hard rock obtained shall be issued under Schedule of credit, which shall not be allowed for uses in work.
Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured).

Taking down old unserviceable test point terminal block with all connected items as specified and directed.
M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphprous bronze size 75x75x25mm, dirrled and screwed including 3 Noos , 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.
Taking out unserviceable Battery and controller any type complete all as specified and directed.
S&F Battery 12 V, 40 AH with controller suitable for solar lighting system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Junction Box for street light made of PVC box including MCB 16 Amps - 01 No and terminal 03 Nos for single phase and neutral on porcelain based insulator with locking arrangement fixed to pole with MS clamps of suitable (20mmx3mm) with nuts, bolts & washer including painting of MS clamp complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces fo feeder pillar boxes/panels/boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow stopping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing unsv non-functional/broken hinges of any description and in any postiion of existing feeder piller boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 100mm long medium weight mild steel butt hinges in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangments complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : All Hinges fixed in one panel will be considered under one job only).
Taking down or removing of rusted body part/panel door existing LT Panel feeder pillar box of any size and shap, supply, fixing and febrication in existing, shape and size with and including 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and all jointing material such as nuts, bolts or washer and welding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
NOTE : (i) The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof/wemin proof for installing incoming/ outgoing MCCB/Switch fuses/cable etc complete all as directed. (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, levelling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box/panel board. (iii) The replaced porting shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be with and including dismantling/taking out/removing carefully, any damaged part/portion of the feeder pillar box/panel board as directed.
Excavating in post hole (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors, halusters, nosing to steps including embending in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riverting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Fencing only will be measured and paid separately).
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire and including taking down all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of taking down existing fencing).
M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed.
S&F in repair 300mm long mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F in repair 100mm size, butt hinges, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply fabricate, fixing structural mild steel RS joist, channel angle iron, flate iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clapms, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section inclduing nuts, bolts,washers, welding (Cold and Hot) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed, inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT Concrete electric pole of any size by removing all dirt, dust,etc and painting complete surface up to pole top including connected accessories with dual coat of apex exterior , synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved colour of black and white strip 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), including painting the cross arms/bracing support on poles with a coat of aluminium paint, silver colour aluminium paint with coating of primer and writing of identification Nos with proper stencil cut etc as per directions by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT Steel tubular pole of any length by removing all dirt, dust, etc and painting complete surface up to pole top including connected accessories with dual coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved colour of black and white strip 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos) & rest of the height of the pole is in silver colour aluminium paint, including bracing support on poles and writing of identification Nos with proper stencil cut etc as per directions by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition the existing broken/ D-shaped PCC and M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for damaged coping, encasing around of pole including necessary form work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F in repair, cable 6 sqmm two core, aluminium conductor, PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down old LT Panel of any capapcity & any descrption complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT FP box (CPRI Approved) outdoor type 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire supply Padastal mounted double door center opening with lockng arrangement, factory assembled,CPRI approved, weather and vermin proof (protection class IP-54) canopy on top, outer door made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for individual hinged type door for MCCBs, powder coated and supported on 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS rubber beading, complete to accommodate including the following:-
