Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets

Dismantling timber scantling as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position as in unframed work

9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in chrage.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately). complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new wood surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Sch 'A' Part-II E/M :- Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring light, fan socket or power complete fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, fan regulator, socket including light fitting etc complete with MS conduit and T/W battern and depositing to MES store yard all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for following :-

(a) One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet independent with cables 1.5 sqmm size

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 23,400.00 (B/R Item Rs. 19,600.00 & E/M Item Rs. 3800.00 ) and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
