Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring light / fan, socket or power point complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, bell push bell buzzer lamp holder bracket etc. removing from site and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down DB including old U/s MCB/MCCB of any size any type from any location complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking Down Old us meter Panel by taking out from its base including breaking of foundation and cutting o by means of grinder or any suitable power tool complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down light fittings of any type any size any location complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down and fixing only ceiling fans after painting and Necessary repairs / servicing including replacement of hanging assambly , bush bearing , U/S capacitor, flexible copper cord three core PVC sheathed of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and fixing Fixing only Exhaust fans after painting and Necessary repairs / servicing including replacement of bush bearing , U/S capacitor flexible copper cord three core PVC sheathed of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to exhaust Fan for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down geyser of any capacity by opening water pipe connection and electrical connection and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
