Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding ,grinding. Buffing, polishing and making curvature (whereever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complte. i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab withsuitable arrangement (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts,fasteners etc.,)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Royal of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty - Float glass panes of thickness 5.5mm

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) - Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I type II , in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings- Pre - laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side

Supply, erection, testing and commisioning of 1.50 Ton Split air conditoner approved brand and manufacture of Daiki/ Mitsubishi/ Hitachi/O-General of thef ollowing specifications: The air conditoner shall be fit to run at single phase 230 volts 50Hz, with capacity of 17750 Btuper hourand 5.2 KW with CoP.286. The indoor units shall have five step and automatic fan spped controls, an air flowof minium, 17.5 cum/min (618 cfm) sound levels form 35-50DB(A) with horizontal and vertical air flow features,cordless remote control unit andbatteries as supplied bythe manufacture the outdoor unit shall have the compressor of hermetically sealed rotary type with safety grills, power consumption of 1530w with refrigerant charge (R-22) at 1.00 KG and sound level below 55dB, required provision in for liquid, gas and drain connections for a maximum piping length up to 20M. The indoor and outdoor units shall be supplied as packed by the manufactures with user manual and warranty cards and reacted at asuitable location selelcted by the department etc., complete as directed by the Enginer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing copper pipe 1/2" softener copper pie 2mm thick for suction and delivery as directed by the Engineer In charge
