Laying of alternative route of pipeline from WTP2 to SST at External Water Supply System SMS-3, Package 1

• The bidder shall fulfil the following eligibility criteria for which documentary evidence shall be submitted by the bidder in their offer : The bidder shall fulfil the following eligibility criteria for which documentary evidence shall be submitted by the bidder in their offer: A. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar work(s) during last 7(seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited should be either of the following: - a. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 30.65 Lakh. OR b. Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 24.52 Lakhs.

• B. Similar Works means- “Laying/ erection/ installation/ replacement of any steel pipeline of size NB (Nominal Bore) 200 mm (minimum) and length 200 meter (minimum).” i) Experience should be from Govt. Organization, PSU or Public Limited Company. ii) ln support of eligibility and experience, the tenderer is required to submit self-attested copies of Purchase Order/ Work Orders/Contract and Completion Certificate (issued by the concerned authority). iii) In case, completion certificate is not issued for the PO / Work Order/ Contract, Bidder shall submit a document in original issued by the concerned authority certifying completion and value of completed similar works given in the Eligibility Criteria above against concerned PO / Work Order / Contract. iv) In case, Similar Works has been commenced by the Bidder before the qualifying period, Bidder shall submit the proportionate value of the work completed during the qualifying period, which shall be considered for evaluation. v) The term ‘completed work’ shall mean successfully completed work(s) only. vi) Experience of on-going contracts shall not be considered.

• C. Consortium Requirements: Consortium Bidding is not allowed for this package.
