Comprehensive Maintenance of VRF Air-conditioning Units at Various DRDO Labs Under EMU (RnD), Hyderabad

Towards AMC charges (see Appendix ‘F’ for details).

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract (CAMC) of following capacity VRF (set) Airconditioning system including checking / setting / rectification of all safety and automatic controls, complete overhauling of indoor / outdoor units, FCU fans, maintenance of Exhaust air fans and their the damper and make neessary adjustment in linkage and blade orientation for proper operation, functional checks & calibration of all switches, themostals, humidistat and other instrucments rectification of the same if required, to check the safety controls mechanical, electrical / electronics and inter-locking of the various equipement, to check all piping / insulation / proper positioning / damage and rectifying the same where ever required, check the performance of equipement of VRF plant for proper fucntioning, checking of heat recovery system / heat pump, has charging in VRF system and replacement of all UNSV spares / consumables, descaling of consenser or any other job required to be attended during course of checking / as per OEM to keep the plant inperfectly working conditions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. The OEM / authorised agency shall inspect quarterly starting 1st week of commencement of contract. Attendant to be available on 24*7*365 basis on telephonic information for attending complaints Note: i) Rate to be quoted per HP. ii) All indoor units connected to the following metioned outdoor units are covered under CAMC whether specified below or not. iii) Agencies are advised to visit site before offering rates.
