M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on exterior surface of wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon addictive & colour stay technology excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ltr as per the LEEDS specification anti algal propertiess in two coats @ 1.79 ltrs (undiluted)/10sq mtrs diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of emulsion on the surface using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Name of Manufacturer : ASIAN/BERGER/NEROLAC or equivalent make as mentioned in list of make. Note:- The contractor shall obtain approval of the agency from GE within 10 Day of the award ofthe contract and shall enter a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the manufacturer duly approved by GE. The copy of MOU shall be submitted to the department by the contractor within 20 days ofthe award of the contract. The execution of work shall be commenced after the submission of MOU and necessary approval from the Engineer-in-charge. MOU shall be valid during currency of work. However during defectlibality period, if any defect is noticed, the contractor shall only be responsible for the rectification of same.

M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty with one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltrs (undiluted)/10sq mtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed. Name of Manufacturer :- ASIAN/BERGER/NEROLAC or equivalent make as mentioned in list of make.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls incl 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls incl 1 mm thick wall care putty including complete removal of existing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh for fixing of Gypsum board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and incl 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular)area of each tile exceeding exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding0.11 , joint free in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18 mm thick over & including 15mm cement screed base in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
