Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Turn over certificates, Audited and certified Balance sheet and profit or loss Accounts for last five financial (2019-20 to 2023-24) years with a certificate of verification issued by the chartered accountant. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of supplying& / or installation of furniture Rs.1386.00 lakhs (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited).(as per Clause no. - 3.2(a) of Section-2)

Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, for at least one consignment of supplying & / or installation of any type of furnitures in the central government departments or state government departments or Public Sector Unit (PSU) to an extent of value not less than Rs.347.00 lakhs(EXCULDING GST)as a single work/goods (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed work/goods shall be given a weight of 10percentage per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited).Supplying & / or installation completion certificate issued by not below the rank of the Executive Engineer. (as per Clause no. 3.2(b) of Section2)

Supplying & / or installation completion certificate issued by not below the rank of the Executive Engineer for works executed in any one year, in the state government departments or central government departments or Public Sector Units (PSU) the following minimum quantities of work/goods:(1)Supplying & / or installation of any kind of FURNITURE such as office tables/back storage/side storage of any size, shape, any type of sofas any size(single seater sofa is consider as one number) any type of chairs of any size, shape, materials, make etc.,-2118 Nos.(as per Clause no. - 3.2(c) of Section-2)

Self-Declaration affidavit attested by the Notary for not having blacklisted by GOI / GOK / any other undertakings in the format mentioned in Format 4(E) of Section 4.(as per Clause no.3.2(f) of Section 2)

GST certificate registered in Karnataka

PAN registration certificate

Details of OEM of furniture-Notarized Power of Attorney from OEM of furniture manufactures for participation in tender. Not applicable if OEM participates in tender.(as per Clause no.-3.2(h) of Section-2)

Details of OEM of furniture-Certificate of Incorporation or registration certificate for Incorporated in India for at least 3 years(as per Clause no.-3.2(i) of Section-2)

Details of OEM of furniture-Registration certificate of the factory for having their own manufacturing facility in their name in India.(as per clause no.-3.2(ii) of Section-2)

Details of OEM of furniture-Charted Accountant audited turn over certificates or provisional certificates for average turnover of 1386.00 Lakhs in last 3 financial years.(Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited).(as per Clause no.-3.2(iii) of Section-2)

Existing tender capacity & ongoing works and works for which tenders already submitted for the calculation of Assessed available tender capacity.(as per Clause no.1.5 (A) & (B) of Section - 3 and Clause no.-3.6 of Section - 2)

Name, address, and telephone, telex, and fax numbers of the Tenderers bankers who may provide references if contacted by the Employer.(as per Clause no.-1.9 of Section-3)

Self-declaration of tenderer about litigations(as per format 4(F) of Section - 4 and as per 1.12 of Section -3)
