PART –A: (MANDATORY JOB)

Monthly Normal visit For Goods Elevator and Passenger Elevator

Overhauling of motor and gearbox

Car and Counter Weight sheave Bearing Change (Bearing to be supplied by DPL).

Supply and replacement of Door Rollers

Supply and replacement of Guide Shoe

Lubrication of rope with supply of lubricant by party

PART –B ( Optional Job to be executed on as and when required basis):

Emergency visits (on call basis)

Replacement of car door and landing doors as and when required basis (material will be supplied by DPL)

Replacement of rope as and when required basis (only rope will be supplied by DPL, other allied materials required for completion of job will be supplied by the successful bidder).

Supply and Replacement of trailing cable as and when required basis (material will be supplied by Party).

Replacement of motors and other allied part in case of breakdown (material will be supplied by DPL).

Supply and Replacement of Door Sensor in case of breakdown

Repairing of Logic Board if defect found

Repairing of Door Operator if defect found

Repairing of Controller if defect found

Supply and Replacement of Encoder in case of breakdown

Supply and replacement of new COP

Supply and replacement of new LOPs in seven segment/dot-matrix along with buttons if defect found

Supply and replacement of New Reed switch with bracket if defect found

Supply and replacement of New limit switch if defect found

Supply and replacement of level switch if defect found
