Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ''B'' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path/hardstanding etc laid in bays/panels n.exc 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 Part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer (Base layer 10mm and top layer 5mm) with using WPC shall be mixed with cement mortar in finishing outer layer only as per manufacturer's instruction, on other than fair face of brick/stone masonry (external surfaces) finished surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Material & labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains (internal dia pipe 100mm), making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 sectrion ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or Corrugated Steel Sheeting of any gauge and thickness including Nainital or similar Roof Coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite Slab green in one piece machine cut, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing including rounding to edges of stone slabs such as in steps, cooking platforms, and other similar situations over and including 20mm thick bedding/backing layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on block/brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply & fix mild steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe410-W (gde-E-250) including painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractors workshop before fabrication complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new or previously untreated steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion weather proof paint overa coat of primer on new/old plasterd surface including preparation of new/old plasterd surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins wehre connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angel cleat or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250 quality-A) including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surfaces at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.
