Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excld. the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) incl all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, costs and carriages incl Head load if any upto site of work complete job

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excld. the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, costs and carriages incl Head load if any upto site of work complete job

Centring and shuttering of kit ply including propping, strutting & removal of the same in Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete complete job

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, hollow sections etc incl. cutting,hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint incl all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, costs and carriages incl Head load if any upto site of work complete job

Supply and laying of good earth free from foreign materials like khakbajri, tree roots etc, breaking clods, banking in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth rolling each deposited layer with PRR 8-10 tonne capicity to obtain required density, shaping of dykes etc. incl all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, costs and carriages incl Head load if any upto site of work complete job

Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.)incl all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, costs and carriages incl Head load if any upto site of work complete jobWith grass turf

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
