Special Repairs to the water distribution line and OHT Tank in Sholayar Camp colony in Sholayar Nagar

Earthwork excavating for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2 m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth, hard stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders inclusive of shorring, strutting and bailing out water wherever found necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, laying and jointing G.I. Pipes of approved quality and best variety of “B” classpipe of the following dia including labour fixing G.I. Specials, (excluding charges for cutting and threading of pipes, cost of such specials) to wall with necessary teak wood plugs, clamps, screws, thread balls, shellac, etc., making holes on the walls (or) drilling holes inroof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition with necessery brick work / concrete and plastering wherever necessery with necessary scaffolding charges.The pipes are to be painted with the 2 coats of good variety and approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification. G.I. pipes shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works - Internal water supply - above Ground Level / External water supply - above Ground Level

Supplying laying and jointing the following size of HDPE pipes of 10 kg / sq.cm. of approved quality and best variety confirming to ISS Mark laid properly in alignment below ground level including cutting, jointing and fixing with PVC / GI but excluding the cost of such specials earthwork excavations etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of PVC water tank of approved quality conforming to ISI specification 1000 litres capacity having suitable cover, bolt including cost of tab, taxes, transportation to work spot, fixing in position a place shown and directed by the departmental officers including conducting required water test complete complying with standard specification.

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work ., etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Plastering sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement uded including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50kg of cement used, finishing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

GST 18%
