Spl repair to raw water pipelines feeding to Tawi Filter plant alongwith associated Wks under GE (Utilities) Udhampur

Taking up MS water mains 300/250 mm dia including all fittings ,with flanged and socket endscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, aligning,welding,lowering ,jointing,testing & commissioning MS ERW pipe Class'B' of bore 300 MM having wall thickness 6mm with permissible tolerance +10 % confirming IS-3589, ISI marked alongwith circular welding joints laid in trenches/along road/on surface/slopes/pillers/culvert /causeways etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (i) the quoted rate deemed to include all fittings such as bends, tees,reducers,flanges, puddle collar,rubber insertion, gaskets,nuts,bolts,welding electrodes,and all other necessary accessories required for complete execution of work. (ii) The rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all handling, loading,unloding and incidental charge required in execution of work under normal site condition. (iii) In case of inaccessible/non motorable terrain, where vehicular transportation is not possible manual head load/shoulder carriage of pipes, fittings and allied materials from nearest motorable point to site of work shall be included in the quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M depth and getting out for laying of cable / pipe etc in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve suitable of size 300 mm (PN 1.6) ISI Marked as per IS-14846 with iron wheel head both end flanged, non rising type and jointing with the rubber or fibre board gasket complete with and including required nos size of nuts, bolts and washers including taking down the old existing, Make-Kirlosker,Zoloto,Leader or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
