All in all comprehensive annual maintenance contract for 1 no Ridhi Sidhi Elevator 6 passenger 6 stop through OEM or their authorized contractor for a period of one year installed at subject site on the basis of as and when required for smooth opeartion (scheduled and call basis) During the AMC period firm/contractor will provie trained and qualifed employees to provide routine maintenance examination and lubrication service according to the OEM maintenance system for purchaser's equipment 12 time a year and will furnish the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials including the replacement of hydrulic fluid and machine gear oil. Firm will annually test all safety devices in accordance with relevant safty standards with the exception of full load testing and provide a health/fitness certificate from OEM to department at the time of completion of AMC agreement. Throughout the duration of this agreement firm shall cover repair or replacement of machines motor generators ropes inverter system and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit board and sub components inclusive of belts roller bearing coils brake shoes liners contractors contacts relays push buttons indicators controller chocks magnets and magnetic switches door operator motor door opertor VVVF drive car door safty device limit switches governor interlocks on hoist way doors and other minor mechanical parts shall be included as requried at free of cost (Excluding ARD battery bank) Complete in all respect.

Annual Maintenance of AMF panel which include service and maintenance of ACB, MCCB, Gressing and tightening of Lugs and Hardware Timely Checking of Multimeter, Power Factor and other component of Automation. which include supplying and fixing of Under Voltage Relay, Shunt trip release and closing relay for 3 nos 1600 Amp ACB HPL Makes as per requirement.
