Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor incl all quoins,arches.pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius bulit in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface preparation of exiting surfaces must be clean,even and sound conctrete. remove oil, dirt, laitance and cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 10x10mm V or U shape by mechanical means. Cleaning all the dirt and loose particles by air pressure and wetting crack to attain saturated surface dry (SSD) condition. Filling the crack using Repair Polymer modified cement mortar and using AP Smartcare Repair Polymer over pipe and Internal side of concrete followed by filing high strength non shrink grout for a gap of up to 20mm (between pipe and concrete) before treating the surface with Waterproofing layer and supplying and applying Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra, fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof in three coats @ 1.8 litre/sqmt to be reinforced, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 Mpa and shall have crack bridging ability of up to 2.5mm and shall resist 10bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduces surfaces temperature up to 10 degree Celsius also IGBC certified (Indian Green Building Council) and Certificate will be provided by company. The system consists of self priming with 33% water dilution followed by two undiluted coats of Damp Proof ultra , the fibre mesh of 40 to 50 gm/sqm must be sandwich between 1st and 2nd coat of Damp Proof Ultra. (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns) and Ponding test to be done after 48 hrs of application of material by filling of water on surface at a average depth 25 mm upto 72 hrs from filling of water complete all as specified and directed by GE. Note:- Work shall be done by authorised applicator such as mentioned in appendix 'B' here-in-after and10 years Waterproofing warranty shall be submitted by applicator.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in Cement mortar 1:4, mixes with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finishing surface even and fair w/o using extra Cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Material & Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
