Amount

Excavating over areas, in hard /dense soil n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note for serial item No. 1 to 3, 29 & 53 : (a) Before carrying out excavation using Mechanical excavators, excavation shall be carried out manually wherever found necessary due to underlying service cables etc. (b) While excavating Contractor shall take care not to damage existing cables/pipes etc. In case damaged, the cables/pipes shall be made good at their own cost.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 1500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 200mm thick soling (Spread thickness ) (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 150mm thick in two layers of 75mm thick each (compacted thickness) WBM, with granite coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour applying evenly a priming/tack coat with rapid setting bitumen cationic emulsion confirming to IS 8887 at 6 kg per 10 sq metre over WBM complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using VG-30 bitumen rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 75mm thick ( Spread thickness ) Moorum/red bajri as in berms of road, spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow with adequate number of coats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix reflective road stud /cat eye (Two way) of size 100 x 100 x 25mm with shanks through polycarbonate lens shield body components light weight rivetted structure bedded on road surface using cutback bitumen emulsion complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- 3M/TATA BP/DARKEYE

Forming embankments using soil obtained from excavation including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick,watering, ramming/rolling under optimum moisture condition to the specified percentage of standard proctor density not less than 95% and finishing to required size, shape, etc.,not exceeding 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) To arrive at finished quantity for payment purpose 5% deduction should be made for bulkage from quantity computed. (ii) Necessary lead will be measured and paid separately vide relevant item of Schedule 'A'

CULVERT Material & Labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay Reinforced cement concrete pipes 600mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation over areas and Excavation in trenches for culvert shall be measured under Sch 'A' item No. 2 &3 herein before.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

DG SET Supply, installation testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Generating set comprising of diesel engine liquid cooled (latest CPCB - II norms compliance) and alternator of capacity not less than 10 KVA, 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 HZ, 0.8 power factor at 1500 RPM, both coupled and aligned on a common base frame complete with standard accessories like MS fuel tank AVM pads fitted on common base frame Control panel and AMF panel with digital measurement devices, along with acoustic enclosures conforming to latest IS 10002, ISO - 3046, BS 5514 and complete in all respects including lubricant oil filled in engine, DG Set Manual. Make:- Mahindra Powerol Model 2185 GM C2 or Equivalent in Kirloskar/Cummins. PRIME MOVER:- Prime mover suitable for driving alternator 10 KVA capacity having 16.3 HP at 1500 RPM for rated output for alternator in accordance with latest BE/IS specifications with electric starting device with all standard fittings and 1 Nos batteries of 12 volt 90 AH or equivalent with battery charger built in AMF panel. (Make : Exide / Amaron / HBL / K - oil Green) with one set of connecting leads of 35 sqmm size copper cable. Engine over speed safety mechanism shall be incorporated.

The Engine shall be equipped ENGINE INSTRUMENT AMF PANEL:- All relevant parameters shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel thereby providing easy monitoring of lubricating oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery charging ammeter, RPM, Hour meter and starting switch etc including 4 Nos GI Strip size of 25x4mm complete for DG set at site. The auto start and auto stop panel consisting of line voltage monitoring 12 volts 2 amps battery charger. FUEL TANK:- The 50 ltr capacity with inlet and outlet arrangement, air vent and drain plug arrangement. Note : - The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for PCC foundation as per manufacturers specification including form work, excavation and earth work etc. complete all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the the rate for aluminium thimbles at every terminations.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25 x 4mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe as well as 20 mm dia medium grade pipe 1.5 mtr fixed with funnel and wire mesh as specified and connected all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil and PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 in chamber and 40 mm thick RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways with 6 mm dia M S hooks complete all as specified. The GI earth strip & 40mm dia bore light grade GI pipe upto 7.5m deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead with 25 x 4mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required including fixing arrengment like epoxy insulatos on wall/pole etc. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm ( 8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as per specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Necessary excavation for foundation , PCC shall be paid under respective items separately. (ii) The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for provsion of holes at top and bottom to facilitate insertion of 02 Nos of 3 core 1.5sqmm armoured cable.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding, by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix/lay 40 mm bore light grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixtures fixed along the electric pole/wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvinisd steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm, 3 core, 1100 Voltsgrade complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of LED Street light 60 Watts ENDURA PEARL NEO new generation energy saving and enviornment friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havells Cat Part No.ENDURA PEARL NEO SL60WLED757PASYTOPC or Equivalent in CG/phillips.

Supply and fix junction box of size 250mm x 200mm x 100mm made out of FRP of make sintex ( GSJB-2520) with double stud hinged door locking including fixing hardware on steel tubular pole or PCC pole and including MCB 6 Amps -1 No with dinrail for mounting of MCB including suitable connector for looping duly sealed with rubber plugs complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Sintex or equivalent in Hansel.

Supply and fix street light panel outdoor type made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, digital 24 hour timer consisting of 32 Amps tripple pole contactor and MCB TPN 40 Amps including Auto/Manual facility including necessary excavation PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and angle iron frame 50mm x 50mm x 6mm for mounting of timer panel of Havells Cat No. IHXTS09120 complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havells Cat Part No.IHXTS09120 or Equivalent in CG/L&T.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 4.0mm dia earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No-3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacement 80 mm bore, steel tubings galvanised, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric laing in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe bracket made out of light grade 40 mm bore GI tubing duly bend to the required shape length of the bracket shall be not less than 1.5 m including MS flat iron clamps 40mm x 4mm, nuts, boilts and washers for fixing of bracket on pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for stay set / Pole / feeder pillar lean concrete etc including finished even and fair to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
