LT DISTRIBUTION BOARD Supply,Erection,Testing & Commissioning of PDB. This will be Wall mounted, , indoor duty, dust & vermin proof, front operated, having front hinged lockable doors, and will be complete with the main and auxiliaries bus bars, interconnection, earth terminals, earth bus and will be powder coated finished with 70 micron. The PDB panel shall use all for 220 V AC, 1 phase, 50 Hz, 1 phase 2 wire supply system. The panels will be made as per detailed specifications and drawings forming part of this document. The incoming and outgoing for PDB shall be as follows: Bus bar shall be of Aluminium and continuous throughout the width of the panel. Main PDB for Qtr Block 1 No. Incomer 100Amps DP MCCB having 1No. phase indicating lamps to show the incoming power with control MCB, 1 no. ON/OFF indication, 1 no. analog voltmeter, One set of SPN, Al. bus bar rated 100 Amps (after considering necessary deratings of 75%) for phases and neutral for half capacity of phases. The outgoing feeders are as follows : 1 Nos. 63Amps DP One no. fabrication space. 1 set of complete wiring

INTERNAL WIRING Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch,modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group A

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.(including the cost of PVC conduit)

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X2.5sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit alongwith 1 Nos 2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required..(including the cost of PVC conduit)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required..(including the cost of PVC conduit) 2x2.5 sq mm +1x 2.5 sq mm earth wire

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc.as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Upto 300 mm sweep

Supplying of 1200mm dia ceiling fan.

Supplying of 450mm dia exhaust fan.

MCB & DB'S Supplying and fixing following way prewired TP&N MCB distribution board of steel sheet for 415 volts on surface/ recess complete with loose wire box, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor up to terminal blocks, tinned copper bus bar,neutral link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.(But without MCB/ RCCB/ Isolator) 6 way (4 + 18), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole

EARTHING Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

MV CABLE LAYING Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. 10 to 25 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

MV CABLE JOINTING & END TERMINATION Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 2 X 25 sq. mm.

CABLE SUPPLY Supply of multi core, stranded / solid aluminum conductor, XLPE / PVC insulated armoured, PVC outter sheathed 1100V, grade cables of the following sizes. ( Cable shall be suitable for -15ºC to + 50ºC temprature condition ) 2 X 25 sq. mm Al, XLPE, arm

LIGHTING FIXTURES Supplying & installation of following fixtures shall be complete in everyway. Supplying/installation/testing and commissioning of Surface Mounted 15W or close to 15 watts LED optic fitting complete as required.

Supplying Installing, Testing and commissioning of 10w LED Ceiling light fixture Drum type.

Main Cables Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 3½ X 300 sq. mm

SITC of feeder panel made ourt of MS sheet of 16 SWG thickness ,duly painted including relevant Al busbar 3 phase,lockable as per IE standard.including angle iron of 32mmx5mm stand (3'x1'x2') size 3'x3'1'=6 cft (1nos)

Providing and fixing of 630 amps MCCB 36KA to be fitted in the above feeder pillar

Earthing Providing and fixing of GI strip 25x5 mm from earth station to AVR etc

providing and making of earth ststion as per IE standard of 600x600x5mm GI plate with 32mm dia GI pipe for watering,complete with 25x5mm GI stripe nuts and bolts 5 meters.
