M&L for preparation of previously treated wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but two coats.

M&L for preparation of old polished wood surfaces and applying one coat of Bee-wax polish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6 above but two coats.

M&L for preparation of existing old painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather coat, complete all as specified and directed. Make: ’Apex weather proof exterior emulsion XP' or equivalent in Asian make as approved by GE.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of celings in cement mortar 1:3 is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers first layer 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and top layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement (but excluding the cost of WPC) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of Alkali resistant Primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Old painted surfaces of kerb stones over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old Pained surfaces of Brick, stone, concrete asbestos, cement or plaster, Labels etc, not exceeding 0.1sqm each, including cutting In edges and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures ((Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stops, Commas, Short Lines, Dashes, Hyphens, Brackets etc, complete all as specified and directed.
