Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement air break switch gang operated tripple pole mechanically operated mechanism, switch air break gang operated mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 400 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

M & L for 2 coat of aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces of HT 4/6 pole sturcture (Angle Iron/MS channel /MS clamp etc) including preparation of old surface complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for replacement of jumper/bus bar made of ACSR conductor of existing size on HT Four/Six pole structure having 2/3 incoming/outoing feeder including bus bar with PVC sleeve , lugs , nut bolts and washers complete all as directed.

All as per Serial item No 17 here-in-before but 4/6 incoming/outoing feeder

S&F in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint on 4/6 pole 11 KV HT structure

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 4 pole/6 pole HT structure , outside area of HT installation and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed.

Material and labour for sprading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 25mm under 4/6 pole HT structure /surounding area of outdoor RMU manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. ecc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed

Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 20kA/3-sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 5-way comprising of 02 Nos motorized operated Load Break Switch and 03 Nos 630 Amp Fixed-Type motorized spring-charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank with min. thickness 3+0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection , internal-arc classified 20kA/1sec, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have padlockable double-door access with anti-theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit alongwith Bus-connected, fixed-type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site.

(A) 02 Nos. Incoming Load Break Switch module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each switching-unit is designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch-disconnector and earthing switch. Outgoing VCB module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each function-unit consists of a vacuum-circuit breaker in combination with a three position-switch.The three-position-switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector-function and earthing function. (ii) 11kV, 630A Fixed-Type VCB module with series disconnector cum earthing switch of short circuit breaking current/withstand - 20kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kAp-01 No (iii) Aux. contacts - 1NO+1NC-01 No (iv) Stored-energy motorized high-endurance spring charging mechanism (M1+), with inbuilt spring-charging lever and mechanically latched ON/OFF push-buttons to allow handle-less and un-inhibited operation -01 No (v) Cable terminals (site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access upto 11 KV , 185 Sqmm , 3 Core, XLPE AL cable termination in live-condition. Each Set of 3 (vi) Right angle boots (push on type)-Each set of 3 (vii) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered numerical protection relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also.Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless proven via type-test reports of model being offered. (iv) Cost of construction of foundation including construction material, necessary earth work and excavaton as per manufacturer design for RMU complete all as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enemel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33 KV as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
