Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl quoins and arches and disposing rubbish (not brick bats) out of cantonment area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar (1:4 ) using sub class B bricks (old size) straight or curved in plan exc 6.00 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L brickwork with sub-class `B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of walls with and including mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions ( wpc @3% by weight of cement) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of RCC slab, drain cover landing chajjas and similar suspended work(reinforced) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete as in cover slabs (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) set in cement mortar (1:6) complete after placing in position over septic tanks/manhole covers/drain covers complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape including cranking bending, and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in drains, coping, benching, water troughs, including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered, and throating including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipe of any type , in cement mortar and taking out from tranches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
