M&L for SEAT comprising of Frame made out from First Class Hardwood and woven with and including white Plastic cane (non-recycled) 2.0mm wide and 4.0mm wide on Borders in Godrej Pattern, fixing Seat to chair frame with 4 No. Machine Bolt 75x4mm long with Nuts and Washer including applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (Black Colour) over a coat of Wood Primer to Frame of the Seat including Taking down/out broken seat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for BACK comprising Frame made out from First Class Hardwood and woven with and inclding white Plastic cane (non-recycled) 2.0mm wide and 4.0 mm wide on Borders in Godrej Pattern, fixing Back to chair frame with 4 No. Machine Bolt 75x4mm long with Nuts and Washer including applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (Black Colour) over a coat of Wood Primer to Frame of the Back including Taking down/ out broken Back, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hand rest/arm made out from First Class Hardwood (Shisham), fixing to Chair with Steel Screws and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (Black Colour) over a coat of Wood Primer including Taking down/out broken Arm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rubber shoes fixed with screws including Taking down/out damaged shoes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing old painted steel surfaces and applying a coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (OG Colour) with Spray Painting Machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CUSHION COVER of size 530mm x 560mm, made out from Tapestory Cloth (cost not less than Rs. 300.00 per RM) including taking out old cushion cover complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: This item involves only replacement of cushion cover in existing serviceable foam cushion)

S&F FLEXIPUFF CUSHION FOAM, 100mm thick, 32 density, covered with and including new Tapestory Cloth (cost not less than Rs. 300.00 per RM) made to shape and size including removing demaged Cushion, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: This item involves replacement of both cushion and cushion cover)

M&L for removing existing FRONT LEG and providing new leg with First Class Teak Wood made to Shape and Size complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing existing REAR LEG and providing new leg with First Class Teak Wood made to Shape and Size complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing ARM and providing new arm with First Class Teak Wood made to Shape and Size complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old Polished (Partly) / New (Partly) Surfaces by scrapping unwanted Spots, scrubbing with Emery Paper to obtain a smooth surface, providing Putty to Stop Holes, etc. and applying two or More Coats of French Polish (best quality as approved) on exposed wooden surfaces to obtain a High Glossy Finish, complete all as specified and as directed.
