Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius and using old size sub class 'B' well burn bricks ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 2 here-in-before but except brick.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair using extra cement mixed with WPC of cement weight as per manufacturer's instruction (WPC shall be measured and paid separartely) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc., portion and making good disturbed ground.(Note-Post shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in post and struts in fencing work including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; including flat iron fillets (for securing and fixing chain link fencing any type etc.) any size as per site requirement, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cu. m, getting out, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft / loose soil ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as speicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete set in cement mortar 1:4, Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete set in cement mortar 1:4, Type B0, 1:2:4(12.5mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening /restraining and resecuring of old existing barbed wire including making good staples etc in same position complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair Punched tape Concerntina coil (PTTC) 610 mm dia of coil laid over fencing of MS sec angle iron post incl necessary binding/welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting one coats of synthetic enamel paints over on old painted steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and making the surface smooth with sand paper and priming the surface wih alkali resistance priming paint for external surface our primed surface applying two coat of cement base paint including curing , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and making the surface smooth with sand paper and priming the surface wih alkali resistance priming paint for external surface our primed surface applying two coat of Apex paint including curing comp,lete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated external wall sufaces of bldg by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance priming paint of required shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling of old paver block or stone slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/bed block including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment over and including including demolition of old chequered tiles all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab or tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M/L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in pillars, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed
