Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000metres ,stacking serviceablematerials and unserviceable materials separately.

Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km. ) Grading-III

Paroviding and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS: 25658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per tecxhnical specification and as directed. a) 80mm thick interlocking precast block having compressive strength of 40N/sqmm.

Providing and laying M-40 grade cement concrete Edge block/ Edge Restraint complete as per Techni8cal Specification Clause 1504.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surfac using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Repairing of Brick Drain : Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical sp

Construction of dry rubbl flooring at cross drainage works for relatively less important works.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominalmix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical specifications.

Plain/Reinforcedcement concrete, in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork. RCC M20

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT IS:1786 (Fe 500 ) reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. TMT-IS:1786 (Fe-500 D) Secondary Producer (ISI approved)

RCC Load Bearing Drain : Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.
