Providing and fixing Curve MICRO PERFORATED ALUMINIUM SHEET as per specification given below. Mono – absorbent Micro-Perforated Aluminium panel thickness 100 mm of hole dia ( 0.05 -0.06) mm. The front thickness of perforated sheet 1.0 mm & back/top/bottom thickness of Aluminium sheet 1.2 mm. Aluminium material duly assembled with self-drilling GI screws or riveted . Aluminium panels shall be powder coated as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Panel size width 2.0 mX 0.5 m ( height) metal welding ( 6 mm) as per drawing etc complete.

Providing and fixing 15 mm POLYCARBONATE SHEET as per specification enclosed Sound proofing transparent panels shall be made of 15mm thick both side UV coated ( 50 micron). PC Solid Sheet (of size 2.0m x2.50 m) duly encased in a bolted steel frame with M-class- rubber, a type of synthetic rubber, is and elastomer characterized by a wide range of applications. The M refers to its classification in ASTM standard D-1418. The steel section shell be hot dip galvanised with a coat of primer. PC sheet should be manufactured as per BIS -14443.metal welding ( 6 mm) as per drawing etc complete

Providing dip Galvenised coating 650 gram/ sqmeter on mild steel section (UC post, hollow sections, MS plate etc. ) as per specification or as directed by Engineer- In-charge including loading unloading and carriage etc. (the cost of mild steel frame will be paid separatly)

Fixing of available poly carbonated sheet pannel ( size 2.0 m x2.5 meter or as per site required) and micro perforated aluminium pannel (2.0mx0.5m or as per site required ) PC sheet and perforated panel height up to 5.0 m
