Supply and Erection of sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions made from 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame on the base of pedestal, covered with 16 gauge MS sheet duly welded on five sides and front side hinged complete with locking arrangement 4 nos. switchgear supporting members each of MS flat 50mmx6mm thick of suitable length duly welded. Supply and Laying of PVC sheathed Aluminum flat of 4 mm² 2 core with the help of crane for steel tubular/ Octagonal pole. The wire should be of ISI marked. The job includes cost of dismantling, erection of existing fittings, bracket, making incoming and outgoing connection etc. other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Supply and Erection of Cement Collar and Jn. Box at the base of the pole with the detailed specification as given below.:
Jn. Box Construction:
Supply and Erection of Thermo Plastic cable Jn. Box IP 55 of size 205 x 255 x 112 minimum deep approximate with 4 Nos. thermal block suitable for 1 No. incoming and 3 Nos. outgoing cable. The terminal block shall be made of Hansel/ Wago/ Elmex/ Siemens/ Everest make and cable junction box of make Hansel/ Legrand only. The jn. Box shall be installed on the surface of the pole with 2 nos. M.S. clamps. The clamps shall be made of 1” x 5mm thick MS flat. The clamp shall formally secure the jn. Box with the help of nuts and bolts on the surface of the pole. The 2 nos. GI pipe 40mm dia B-class of 3 mtr. long shall be provided and fixed (the cost of 2 Nos. G.I. pipe B class 3 mtr. long included in the job) with the help of 2 nos. suitable clamps at suitable distance to hold the G.I. pipe along the surface of the pole upto jn. box. for incoming and outgoing cable for making necessary connections to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer in charge of the work. The include cost of two coats of Superior quality of paint after applying one coat of primer. The GI pipe shall be 6” below ground level, and 9’-1” above ground level. The same shall be fixed before casting of cement collar. (wt. of 40mm G.I. pipe 3.72 kg/mtr. + 10%). The job includes all labour and petty material to required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the E.I.C. of work.
Cement Collar:
The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made from cement concrete 1:2:4 and outside dia. 16”.
The collar shall be embedded in the ground upto 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have 12” high MS box and 6” top over the box.
The collar shall be plastered, properly finished and painted with 2 coats of snowcem of superior quality to complete the job including new thimbles & making connections.
The item includes other petty material to complete the job.
The job includes all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the E.I.C. of the work.

Dismantling of existing damaged cement collar from the steel tabular pole. The job include cost of dismantling of incoming and outgoing connection from the junction box. The job also include throwing of malba into dumping ground, cost of all labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction engineer in charge of the work.
Supply and erection of steel tabular pole IS-410 SP-27 swaged and welded in three steps 9 Mtr. long weight 113 Kgs. as per IS 2713 (Part I & II 1980) amended upto date with the following specifications:
The pole shall have a sectional length of 5.0-2.0-2.0 Mtr.
The thickness of each section should be 139.7 x 4.5 mm, 114.3 x 3.65 mm and 88.9 x 3.25 mm
The circular base plate-10G more than over all dia of bottom of the pole duly welded shall be provided.
The pole shall be erected 1.50 Mtr. below ground level in 10” internal dia ready made RCC muff 1.5 Mtr. in length. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4. The job includes the cost of cutting of road / pucca floor for erection of pole.
The cost includes carriage, all labour and material including installation of Pole to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
Supply and Erection of steel tabular pole IS-410 SP-60 swaged and welded in three steps 12 Mtr. long weight 208 Kgs. With the following specifications.
The pole shall have a sectional length of 5.80-3, 10-3.10 Mtr.
The outside dia and thickness shall be 165.1 x 5.40 mm, 139.7 x 4.50 mm and 114.30 x 3.65 mm.
The circular base plate-10 G more than over all dia of bottom of the pole duly welded shall be provided.
The pole shall be erected 2 Mtr. below ground level in 12” internal dia ready made RCC muff 2 Mtr. in length. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4.
The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work.
G.I. PIPE BRACKET. Supply, Fabrication and Erection of designer G.I. Pipe (Medium Class) bracket with suitable size of nipple for mounting the LED fitting with the following specifications..
The bracket shall be made by Medium Class GI pipe of 50mmdia with an angle of inclination 105o & 3/5 feet overhang.
The 50mmdia G.I. pipe shall be connected to a 80mm dia G.I. pipe 3 m long canopy with top end closed with 14 G MS sheet to avoid entry of rain water in the pole.
The 50mm dia pipe shall be welded at a distance of 2” from the close end with 80 mm dia GI pipe.
The canopy shall be slipped over the top section of octagonal pole & fixed with 2 Nos. ½ “ dia GI nuts & bolts.
A triangular 14 GMS sheet piece of 2” shall be welded between two pipes.
GI pipe of 32mm dia shall be welded along the arm of bracket for support and the weight of GI pipe.
The bracket should have also the provision of suitable size of nipple for fixing of the fitting. The job includes the cost of all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
The GI pipe should B-Class ISI marked make only.
The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Engineer in Charge, before installation at site.
The make of Medium Class G.I pipe should be Jindal, SAIL & Tata make only.
Single arm arc type designer bracket made out of 2” dia G.I. pipe 2 mtr long.
Supply and erection of junction box cover made of fiber Sheet of size 3 mm thick. The fiber cover shall be installed on existing junction box with the help of 4 Nos. screw. The job include cost of all labour charges and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling and re-erection of existing pole alongwith bracket safely after dismantling the pole. The existing pole and muff shall be erected 1.25 mtr. below ground level after digging the pit of size 12”. The job includes cost of crane charges and dismantling of existing incoming and outgoing connection etc. The job include cost of all labour charges and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
