Operation and Periodical Maintenance of E & M installation of 11 KV sub station e.g. Power transformers, HT & LT Panels, feeders, Bus ducts etc., Internal and External Electrical Installations of Substation, E&M Workshop, Amenities in Car Parking, Street Lighting, High Mast Light, Feeder Pillars, Pumps etc. installed in Non operational Area of the Airport, Operation of DG Sets, Fire Fighting Pumps, UPS, by deploying adequate manpower as per the conditions of contract involving operation, repair & maintenance/Faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/weekly/ monthly/quarterly yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract on all day including Sundays & Holidays.

SITC of motorized gate operation for existing 600 Kgs. sliding Iron gate of length 6 mtr and Height 2 Mtr. with 01 year on-site warranty including all accessories (Push Button., Remote Control, MS Racks with fixing studs, Photocell etc and cabling work complete as required. Note: The motor should be suitable over sized and of reputed make for proper operation and SITC will include all kind of Civil/Electrical/other items required to complete the as per specifications approved by E.I.C.

Supply of 180 AH capacity, 25 Plates battery of low maintenance lead acid type complete as required as per specifications approved by E.I.C.

Supply of Thyristor (Make: Ruttonsha, Model: 250RK 160) as per specifications approved by E.I.C.

Servicing Maintenance and testing of L & T make Air Circuit Breaker of rating 2500/2000/1250/1000/800/630A FP, EDO complete as required (It should be done by OEM (L&T) or his authorized service agency).

Servicing, Maintenance and testing of 11KV HT- Vaccum Circuit Breaker of ABB make etc. complete as required (It should be done by OEM or his authorized service agency).

Supply of 4 Pole ACBs 2000A, Make L & T(U-Power Omega), Model: UW1-20N as per specifications approved by E.I.C.

Supply of 4 Pole ACBs 1000A, Make L & T(U-Power Omega), Model: UW1-10N as per specifications approved by E.I.C.

Supply of 4 Pole ACBs 2500A, Make L & T(U-Power Omega), Model: UW1-25N as per specifications approved by E.I.C.

PA SYSTEM Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of of 6 zone Digital Voice Evacuation Master controller with built in 500 watt Amplifier. The System shall meet the standards of BS EN54 - 32 & EN 60849. The System Shall have Built in 500W Class-D Amplifier and it should be capable for the EVAC, Paging, PA and BGM functions. The Controller shall have SD card option to store the EVAC and Alert Voice Message. The Controller shall have Speaker line supervision record out and amplifier auto changeover. The Controller shall have following features: Separate Zone volume control at the front side of panel, Status indications on the Panel for EVAC,Fault ,AC,DC ,Fault, ALERT & Fireman mic, Zone capacity up to 120 Zones, 8 programmable Control Input and output, Fireman Microphone with High Priority, THD<1%, Frequency response 80Hz - 20kHz, Up to 1000 Record files, 100V Class-AB Speaker Output.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 12 zone paging microphone (call station) with necessary Zone wise, Group Zones and all call facility. The Microphone should have LED Indication, Can be Expand with additional units, Compress function through microphone input to avoid distortion, Auxiliary input which supply local background music. Power 24V DC, Microphone should be able to Control the Music also. Microphone Should supply with all accessories and with standard specification, complete.

Supply,Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 4"+1.5" Coaxial Ceiling speaker with ABS cover, 20W, 100V, & 10W at 70 V cutout 180 mm, ABS baffle & back cover, metal grille. The Speaker shall have following Feature: Max SPL > 102 dB, Sensitivity 102dB (1W/1M), Frequency Response 100-20kHZ.

For Example: If desires to quote 5% above on DSR-2022 rate, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If desires to quote 3% below on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97.(Quotated Rate will be exclusive of GST)
