Taking down existing roof treatment of any description, any position with bituminous felt including plaster/loose concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1000m and roughening the surfaces of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all dust etc complete specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for roof padding concrete in B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm aggregate for levelling complete all as specified.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured under separate item of this schedule.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound complete all as specified

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified.

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3.50 kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Course roof treatment consist of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr per sqm (ii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight (iii) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm

(a) M&L for mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue/dirt, oil and grease etc all as directed by the GE/Engr-in-charge. (b) M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt, loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. (c) M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE/ Engr-in-charge. Properties of poly urethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters: - (i) Highly elastic. (ii) UV resistance. iii) Adhesion to concrete > 1N/Sqmm. (iv) Tensile strength not less than 2.0N/Sqmm for free film. (v) Elongation – not less than 300% (vi) Solid content by weight – not less that 60%. (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar-72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM 453): Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable. Make: - Bostik, Berger, Fosroc, Sika, Asian or any other make approved by E-in-C’s Branch for PU based water proofing treatment.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 200x300x7 mm thick vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles laid on and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling of existing tiles along with a backing coat complete all as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down existing stone slab/ tile complete all as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in floors finished even & smooth with out using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including providing 10mm thick joints filled with bituminous & sand mixture (1:7) at not exc 3.00 mt intervals & at corners and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 100 mm thick as in Path / PCC floor, finished even and fair including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick,of any shape and size not less than 0.09 sqm in each tiles, set and jointed, pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantiling of existing tiles complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thickness of laths , without ball bearing as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete thickness of laith 1.0mm.

M&L for complete greasing and oiling to rolling shutters n.exc 20sqm

M&L for Brick work with sub- class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc., 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing brickwork complete all as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as directed.

S&F vitrified tiles 10mm thick, light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile n exc 0.36 sqm in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), including dismantling old floor tile along with screed bed complete all as directed.

All as per ser item No.24 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, including dismantling old wall tiles along with backing coat complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatement of internal/ external walls by applying two coats of Elastomeric coating material -SBR Super latex mixed with cement in ratio of 1:2 and water of same quantity as elastomeric compound after cleaning the surface,cracks treatment complete as per manufacturers Specifications. Make: M,/s Carbolink India Pvt Ltd OR buildcore chemicals complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 10mm thick rendering on other than faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation and complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and 3mm wall care putty complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer over two coats of external birla putty 1.5mm thick each layer to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed . S & F as in repairs double action floor door spring hydraulically regulated made up minimum 1.25 thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified.

S & F 10 mm thick Aluminium grill of make "Deco grill" ,DG - 104 model or any other equivalent approved make fitted in to suitable Aluminium channel, 'F' section and fixed to windows/ ventilators complete all as approved and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false ceiling grid size 605x605 mm with runners aluminium anodised main Tee of section 35x35x1.5 mm thick, cross Tee of section 25x25x1.5 mm thick and aluminium anodised angle of size 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick section fixed along side of wall including hanging from ceiling with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete incl dismantling old false ceiling all as specified.

M&L for providing 10 mm thick PVC insulation false ceiling tiles with EPS stuck to 1 mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made suitable to fix tiles as per manufacturer's instructions, fixed at any height complete all as directed.

M&L for false ceiling with light weight 19mm thick mineral Armstrong tiles of size 595x595mm suspended on silhouette profile suspension system of grid made from hot dipped GI steel section notary stitched double webbed powder coated white consisting of main T-runner 42mmx14mm and 0.30mm thick and cross T of size 33mmx14mm and 0.30mm thick placed at 60cm centre having width of flange 14mm with a 6mm reveal profile (Blace). S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre.

S&F Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified

M&L Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 8mm thick made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) including dismantalling old all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F Stainless steel hand rail/posts/struts of Grade 304 SG including necessary fixing arrangements, welding, buffing, polishing etc., complete all as required at site and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
