Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specifeid and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone boulder of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick each layer watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D- 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80mm thick laquer finish (ISI Marked) factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick laquer finish (ISI Marked) factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or tlight traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Prepration of new conceret Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Plastic Emulsion Paint over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.
